Rosario Village

While the views were great, the bed was lumpy. There wasn’t any soap in the dispenser. There was a group smoking pot on the property, we couldn’t open the doors and the place for humid as a result of that. The reception is 100% remote and hence there wasn’t any regulations although it was a smoke free property.

We stayed in the Roundhouse Suite. The room was clean, the bed was a spacious king and was adequately comfortable. The feature I primarily look for in a place to stay is the area to sit and enjoy the outdoors and this room cannot be topped for that. You are right on the bay with a gorgeous view. We even watched 2 otters one afternoon. The main mansion is apparently being renovated so was closed but the grounds were pleasant to walk around. The location was very convenient to Moran State Park and Eastsound. I personally did not enjoy the absence of onsite staff but was able to negotiate the text communication adequately. We did have a slow drainage issue in the shower right before checkout and notified the staff through the text system. If you are renting this room I recommend asking if the plumbing issue has been resolved. I would stay here again but might ask about the plumbing situation.

No staff on site !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Wondering property with a stunning view. Our room 1316 was amazing. The problem was that there were zero instructions for the lovely fire place, and I was not able to get it running. They do not staff this property after hours. I texted and then called the number of the texting help. The customer service was a nice person located in the country of India. I called the first time at 6:33 pm and we never did get any help from a real person on site. The texting and my calls to customer support went on for almost 2 hours. It was cold and cloudy and we really wanted to enjoy the fire, in this wonderful room. So the property was wonderful. The service people in India were nice. But if you need someone to do anything on site, it appears that this is not possible after hours currently.

The property was lovely. I did not know that the Mansion and pool were not accessible. Our room had plenty of space and very beautiful.

Relaxing stay. Bird song, sunsets viewed from a bluff, harbor seals. Very close proximity to Moran State Park. Room was clean and comfortable with a small patio looking out on the bay.

Very picturesque and quiet. Accessible by seaplane from Seattle.
