Staffs from reception, guards and cafe are 100% awesome and friendly! Can be compared to 4-5 star hotel. What turns us off is the room! Though it’s spacious and complete, the room that was given to us was obviously vacant for a long time. Called the reception at first since the remote for the aircon is not working but after we noticed after a while that our feet were so dirty because of the floor. I didn’t bother calling the reception to have someone mop it up since it would be such a hassle to let someone in and wet the floor. 😭😭😭😭

Simple hotel in Greenhills. Room is quite spacious but not really near the GH Shopping area and will require about 10 min walk. Parking is provided. Resto is fine and Staff are warm. Thank you for making our short stay comfortable.

Generally nice hotel, but for improvement, they should have floor matt in the CR and soap in the lavatory sink.

房間整潔，高檔。很多房間也含早餐，相對豐富一些。距離MRT3 Santolan 距離很近，在交通擁堵的情況下 也不失為一種選擇

Perfect location if you are here for shopping. Its a 10 minute walk to Greenhills shopping center. Awesome breakfast and staff were friendly. Only bad thing here sas the untrained front officr staff who can not find our booking. Delayed the almost perfect stay. Imagine checking in without room ready for you. This means they find you a vacant room, clean it, then do the check in procedure. Took us about an hour before getting room.
