Upon our arrival, our room was not yet ready, and the staff seemed uncertain about our booking details. It felt like they didn’t have a clear understanding of their responsibilities.
The electric fan provided in the room was broken, dirty, and lacked a cover, which raised health concerns. Additionally, the air conditioning, which was supposed to be included, required an additional payment. The shared bathroom was unclean, and the bunk bed wasn’t sturdy, making it uncomfortable to use. We also noticed ants on the mattress.
Overall, the experience was disappointing, so we decided to leave immediately and look for alternative accommodations.
I don’t recommend staying here!!!

I was transferred to the other branch which is in San fernando, The place is really nice 2 mins walk to go to the beach and 5-10 mins ride to san juan. The land lady is very accomodating will surely comeback.
