Nice place in Pacifico. We had 2 priceless days on the boat.. Great big game fishn'!! We catched first day 2 Mahi's...lost a big bugger after 10min. fight 2nd day 3 Mahi's again! Good fish 'n' chips with a few coldies after a long day on sea...what you need more. Comfortable,clean rooms with or non aircon ,what ever you need. Refreshing sea breeze on the big balcony for chill and enjoying the view....magnificent sunrise early morning. Will defently come back for fishing, if I visit the Philippines again.

Very welcoming atmosphere at this family run lodge. When I first arrived, I felt like I had been transported to a British Pub. Mark (owner) operates a charter sportfishing boat from nearby Port Pilar. Direct access to the Philippine Sea's fishing grounds. There is also a surfing school within walking distance from the lodge. All around great experience.

My wife and I stayed here with Mark and Jela for 11 nights and were really impressed with everything. The hotel is well built and a good size, we had a large double room with ensuite which opened out onto a massive balcony area. We often watched the sunrise from here, its right on the beach with a great view. Jela cooked for us and the large menu and food is really good, local food or a large selection of good English food is available and cooked in their large kitchen. I also went on a fishing trip in Mark's pump boat (his main bigger boat was being rebuilt at the time and is now ready for charters again). We went out trolling, a dead bait and lure. I caught 3 large skipjack tuna and hooked a good size Sailfish but it slipped the hook. Mark and his crew really know the waters and have all you need to get a fish of a lifetime. The price of accom, food and boat were really good especially as the island can be quite pricey in some areas. We would defo stay again. Highly recommended.

Comfortable, affordable, clean and air conditioned room overlooking the ocean. Slept well lulled by the sound of waves. I went fishing in the bunca for 2 days. I caught 6 good Dorado (mahi mahi) at 3 per day. We also had strikes every day. The 30ft. catamaran is being restored and should be ready end December 2022. I will be returning to the Lodge in search of blue marlin, sailfish, dorado and big tuna. Tight Lines!
