Villa "Alba", detached. 3 km from the centre of San Gimignano, 31 km from the centre of Volterra, 45 km from the centre of Siena, in a quiet, sunny position, in the countryside. Private: garden 500 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (11 x 6 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 17.May. - 04.Oct.). Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue. Heating to be paid on the spot, heating available only from 01.Nov. - 07.Apr.. Motor access to the house (800 m via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Supermarket 3 km, restaurant 3 km. Very nice rental perfectly furnished. A breathtaking view and absolute silence. The owner is extremely nice and helpful. A place that I highly recommend.

Idéale pour être au calme et se reposer sans être trop éloigné des villes à visiter comme San Gimignano, Sienne, Volettera ou Florence. Il faudrait un lave-vaisselle pour que ce soit parfait. C'est une maison agréable.

Simply wonderful to soak up the amazing view before breakfast during the yoga session and while swimming. Great house equipped with everything you need. Well suited for 6 people.

Das Haus ist sehr schön hergerichtet, sehr sauber, bestens ausgestattet ( auch für Kinder) und verfügt über einen großen Pool. Der Ausblick ist fantastisch und San Gimignano ist ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt.Die Gastgeber sind supernett und kümmer
