Great location, amazing price, horrendous service. Receptionist (male Indian from Gujarat) is extremely rude and disrespectful. He should be fired. I was here for a few days, and then all of a sudden he said he wouldn’t let me extend my stay. Gave no explanation whatsoever, and then began raising his voice and threatening to call the cops. The hostel itself was decent, but this irascible Indian receptionist made me regret ever booking a room there. He should be fired and never be given a job that requires relating with people.

After traveling for so many years, I have never been treated like this by the service staff! 房间有常住的客人，但是他床上都是食物碎屑，很久没有清理过，味道很大，闻起来糟糕透了，房间里还有脚臭味道，整个二层都没有厕所和浴室，需要下去一楼，我跟前台印度人说房间里味道闻起来糟糕透了，他回复我说那不关他的事。服务态度非常差，不知道什么老板会请这样的人在前台，我们四个人，三个人都被这个人的服务态度恶心到了，预定了第二天的房间，房费也不要了，也不想再住了，前台的印度人讲话态度非常恶劣，态度非常差，一分钟都不想停留。住完一晚退房的时候，他告诉我，我不欢迎你继续住在这里，你不要订我这里的房间，而且退房是早上10点，我刚退完房，前台的印度人叫我出去，非常的不礼貌和态度很差。这家店唯一的优点就是便宜，但是住宿环境很差，所在区域也离市区很远，楼下全是流浪汉，味道很大。前台的印度人，让我感觉非常的恶心，出行这么多年，从来没有被服务人员如此对待！

這裏的服務態度非常的差，不建議定這裏可以多花十塊錢20塊錢去別的地方。這裏的服務員會把顧客當賊。

很糟糕的青旅，剛到的時候對街就住了兩個流浪漢，進去旅店一股噁心的味道實在難受，check in 後才發現床單要自己鋪，到了廚房因為我有買牛奶，冰箱大爆滿根本塞不下，裡面甚至還有蟑螂，我一個女生老闆把我安排到全是男生的6人房，隔天我就搬走了，訂了5個晚上不能退款，聯絡Trip.com他們說飯店不給退就不能退，希望大家別在訂這間了，寧願你們花多一點錢，享受好一點的品質。

這家旅店接待人態度極差，進店詢問要求上Wi-Fi就直接回答説沒有！到下午三點鐘還不讓入住，我再問就直接請您另找酒店，不讓您住！態度極差，還傲慢至極！對這家旅館很不滿意！舊金山的旅店漫天要價……，太不可思議啦，還是國內（上海及周邊的旅店，酒店價格合理），

雖然在舊金山市中心，但是你懂的，在美國，市中心是臟亂差的代名詞

可怕的前台！入店必須交20美元現金。沒帶現金押證件都不行。八點多退房，説太早影響睡覺了。門外街住有流浪漢。衞生狀況堪憂。一條小小的毯子根本蓋不住身體，床還晃動響。果斷退了續訂！不會再上當了。
