The Westin St. Francis San Francisco on Union Square arvostelua

聯合廣場對面有老錢風格以為房間很小沒想到設計的很合理兩個人記完全夠用，每天要在酒店20刀的消費大堂裏就有簡餐區可以用掉，出門往下走就是鐺鐺車終點站可以直接到漁人碼頭，已經第二次住了推薦。

環境：酒店的地理位置確實很方便，隔壁就是聯合廣場，公交車和地鐵站都在附近，把握好出門時間，基本上沒有太多安全問題； 衞生：衞生條件尚可，剛進門的時候有很大一股消毒水的味道，開窗散味之後就好很多，酒店房間因為年代久的原因會有一些味道，但是這個好像是舊金山市區酒店的通病； 服務：服務像抽獎一樣看運氣，辦理入住的時候明確表示需要安靜的房間，結果前台經理給了電梯正後麪的房間，雖然採光會好一些，但是電梯噪音非常大，所幸的是後來找換了一個前台經理溝通後也成功換了房間。退房的時候是一個意大利口音的女前台經理，態度非常好而且還主動詢問是否需要礦泉水（前面辦理入住的經理直接提都沒有提），直接把入住體驗提升了很多。

Smallest hotel room I’ve ever had, but it was just me, so it was fine. The staff were great, but I stood in line to check in for a long time. Easily over 30 minutes and there weren’t many people ahead of me. Travel weary guests might appreciate a more expedited check in process, especially for those who pre-paid. The $20/day food coupon and complimentary bottles of water were a lovely touch.

We had a fantastic stay at the Westin St Francis. It exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it. The hotel and suite itself were amazing, but more importantly, it was the service that really impressed us. 5 Star service and we were so grateful for how helpful all the staff were. Particularly Luis who checked us in and was very kind. Also, a special thank you to Bikram who was most helpful when I left my AirPods behind and he organised for them to be returned to me!

Loved this hotel for Pride! It was right down the street from the Parade, and walking distance from the civic center. It’s a beautiful hotel with wonderful staff.

早餐選項不多, 但還算精緻. 因為是老飯店, 各項設施都有, 就是有點舊.

乾淨，出行太方便了，周邊就是景點，走走逛逛

停車場不好找，加上封路很難走，電梯像自由落體

Rooms are neat and clean, and the hotel is elegant and noble, it’s the famous Westin near the Union Square, great location

酒店區位十分好，正對着聯合廣場。導遊説最近政府在整頓市政，沒有想象中糟糕。除了少量行走中的流浪漢，街上相對比較乾淨。 酒店很老，但是衞生很乾凈，衞生間設施相對古老一點，但也是很乾凈的。 窗户景觀十分好！ P.S.有30刀每晚的固定費用（到後發現是destination fee），可以用作餐廳消費。反正預訂是不含早，正好早餐費用又在下個fee裏付款了一大半，還不錯～
