Maraica San Pancho Rooms

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! This place has potential but the service is terrible. Also, their palapa rooms have not been maintained so when it rains (every night) the roofs leak. They're not very well protected from outdoor critters either. We found bugs (spiders and roaches) in our bed! On our last night, there was a super intense storm and we lost power during the night. The power wasn't back on yet when we left in the morning. The storm caused horrible roof leaks in both the rooms we had (paid extra for the nicer ones). It was so bad that the beds were soaking wet! Both rooms basically had indoor waterfalls! We have video of it but I wasn't able to upload it here plus it was pitch dark so it's not very good. There are no employees on the property after 6:00pm or before 10:00am. We didn't like that there was no one to call when we encountered problems. I called the office after we left and expressed our disappointments and issues but it was a receptionist. I requested for someone to call me but I never received any response. If you stay here, be aware they lock down the property after all staffing leave at 6:00pm. We went to town and came back around 9:00pm and couldn't get back in!! We finally found a hidden opening in the back of the parking lot to get in (in the pitch dark - and it is EXTREMELY DARK at nigh). They said they forgot to tell us about that! HORRIBLE customer service!! DO NOT STAY HERE! IT IS NOT WORTH THE PRICE THEY CHARGE! Note: There is no A/C but we knew that going in. It was EXTREMELY hot, especially at night.

Para nada recomiendo este hotel, lo tienen en pésimas condiciones, las áreas comunes muy sucias y descuidadas, los baños del área de restaurante mega sucios y sin suministros, fueron una pesadilla las noches con los moscos, sus mosquiteros todos rotos y en mal estado, el baño de la recámara tampoco servía y no te brindan la atención necesaria para solucionarlo. Les adjunto foto de cómo quedó mi bebé con los moscos. Bastante costoso para lo poco que ofrecen. Para nada lo recomiendo, absolutamente nada que ver con sus fotos, la alberca un hielo y bastante sucia.

Costumer service is poorly. They don’t make you feel welcome. The recruitment is not at the standards of their hotel rates. They should hired professional that know the field instead of hiring cheap labor.

If you’re looking for the perfect blend of sustainability in mind Maraica hotel is it! We LOVED our stay here, it’s the ultimate oasis for those looking to escape touristic crowds. A unique hideaway next to the beach. The rooms are spacious and airy with sounds of the ocean. the terrace area and restaurant outside is ideal for working remotely, hosting group events, retreat etc. .. at night it’s lit with fairy lights. Highly recommend dining at the restaurant too! Their farm to table dishes are so tasty and nutritious. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality, conscious stay in San Pancho.

Hôtel de charme proche de la plage mais qui nécessiterait des améliorations : eau chaude presque inexistante, propreté moyenne, serviettes de toilette médiocre. En janvier, beaucoup de bruits à cause de travaux en cours près de l’hôtel.
