Overall it was a wonderful experience, beautiful and relaxing place to stay.

Our stay was excellent—the accommodations were comfortable, and the service was great. We loved our room. However, the serving time for dinner at the restaurant @ Coast was too long, and the Cajun dish lacked flavor. We hope this can be improved for a better dining experience. Additionally, having a heater in the shower would add comfort to the guest.

Beachfront property with great pools and beachfront restaurant for great sunset cocktails. However the property is showing many signs of aging. In my opinion, an uplifting renovation is needed. The staff are all very attentive and requests are responded promptly. I had to request another room the next morning as the moldy smell of the ac is making me sneeze all night. Within the hour I was relocated to another room with an ocean view and overlooking the pools. Our request for a “tabo” was granted asap and I think that made our stay on the positive side. Little cons for improvement: face towel torn with holes, no smart tv with netflix, bad tv location in room, dirty smelly canal beside Coast restaurant, letting guests use pool with their street clothes on, hawkers on the beach, access road to the property is too narrow, hallways unlit, elevators not cleaned often, only 4 hangers, no microwave, outside food not allowed, tap water not potable and only 1 drinking water station each floor, no hand held shower head and a room safety deposit box that took 3 staff to get it operational.

We had an amazing stay at Aureo La Union! The beachfront resort is beautiful, with stunning views and a relaxing atmosphere. Our family, including our son and friends, had a fantastic time enjoying the pool, beach, and the delicious food. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure we all felt welcome. It was the perfect getaway spot for both families and friends. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and fun vacation in La Union!

The location was okay, but the service of the staffs was not acceptable for me. We arrived late at the resort and the guy that facilitated our check in doesn't even smile assuming that his guests are super tired from the travel, and he is giving that kind of attitude. The beach front villa we stayed at is really messy and its super different from their website photos. I guess once you requested something at the reservation, they will provide you the worst room that they have or maybe they are selective of their guest. But overall, it's good for families especially their pools.

We loved our stay with Aureo, all the staffs are welcoming and polite. We enjoyed all the pools and their front beach, all the foods that we tried in their resto are good. We will surely comeback here.

Crew and manager don't have a considerate when it comes to PWD discount. I put 0 score on that.

Prompt and friendly service, clean and aesthetically pleasing rooms and overall resort, strong AC, good water pressure, free of bugs, complimentary snacks and beverages upon check-in, a nice patio with a tropical view, lots of trees and other greenery around the resort providing much needed shade in the hot and humid summer, 2 onsight restaurants (American and Filipino cuisine), breakfast included at the Filipino restaurant. Once the staff at the Filipino restaurant realized we were vegetarian, they cooked us our own separate meal separate from the meat heavy buffet which was served hot and presented beautifully. This extra effort was greatly appreciated. We also liked that a large variety of ice cream was easy to access and purchase on site. It definitely helped us cool down in the summer heat and humidity. Compared to other resorts in the area, Aureo was by far our favourite.

One night is not enough!! We really enjoyed our stay and planning to come back again. This place is really for family ❤️
