Outside the resort, 3 km from the centre of San Damiano d'Asti, in a sunny position on top of a hill. For shared use: property 1'500 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden with flowers and trees. Private: swimming pool (7 x 3 m, depth 130 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 01.Oct.). Outdoor shower, terrace, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Motor access to the house. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house. Supermarket 3 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop 1.5 km, railway station "Asti" 15 km. Nearby attractions: Asti 15 km, Turin 60 km, Alba 35 km.
