Step out onto one of the two decks for some fresh air—one located off the living room and the other an exclusive escape off the master bedroom. Both have expansive views of Catalina Island, downtown San Clemente and on really clear days San Clemente Island. The penthouse features two smart TVs and panoramic WIFI that easily accommodates streaming, gaming, and more, ensuring a strong and reliable connection. The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with a gas stove top, microwave, oven, refrigerator with ice maker, and a Nespresso machine for your coffee delights. Cozy up by the fireplace or cook up a feast with our gas grill. Adorning the walls, the displayed art is created by talented local artists as well as the hosts themselves, adding a personal and creative touch to the space. A dedicated workspace with a desk is available for those moments of inspiration or necessity. Each room is equipped with an overhead fan, ensuring your comfort throughout your stay.
