Mercedes was a wonderful server at Supper! She gave awesome food recommendations and was lovely to talk to! We will definitely be asking her again the next time we come and I suggest you do the same. The lattes and smoked salmon with poached eggs was DELICIOUS!!!

Hotel Emma distinguishes itself as a mixture of historic charm and modern comfort, with many guests admiring the hotel's sophisticated atmosphere. The people at the valet, bellhops and reception are very friendly, especially Amy, the lady who checked us in. Our immaculate Landmark Double Queen room with a spectacular view of the Pearl grounds was extremely comfortable as was the bed with crisp white linens and fabulous pillows. Spacious bathroom and a very spacious shower with toiletries provided. Our son was married at Hotel Emma during our stay. The staff (bartenders, waiters, and waitresses) for the wedding were wonderful. Complements to the chef, our guest’s main course was Espresso Rubbed Filet Mignon, which was followed by dessert, the Goat Cheesecake with Passion Fruit was amazing. The pastry chef also made the wedding cake, which was beautifully done and delicious. We had a first-class wedding at Hotel Emma! I highly recommend you stay at this hotel, and I am sure that you will never regret it. Worth every penny!!!!

I’ve been here multiple times and this was just not a good experience one the valet was super slow when arriving, and on top of that when leaving, they were too busy all talking to one another to realize that I guess was in need of their car. I ended up getting in on my own only to find my lights were never turns off, when I asked why my lights were on the valet, simply said I’m not sure I didn’t get it …. I won’t be back.

Some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. The hotel and surrounding property are really great. Rates are reasonable as well and the food was pretty good too. If you are going to San Antonio, I strongly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel and I can't wait to return! Saturday was spent touring the open market, walking the River Walk, cocktails and dinner back at the hotel. Dinner at Supper was AWESOME! Sunday was spent viewing the Phil Collins' Alamo memorabilia exhibit and the Alamo.
