Sehr schönes Hotel mit einem wunderschönen Garten. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet, abwechslungsreich (Themenabende) und schön präsentiert. Auch das Zimmer war ansprechend und sehr sauber. Nettes freundliches Personal, angenehme Atmosphäre.

Cinquième séjour dans cet établissement. Cette fois, nous avons opté pour le bungalow à front de mer, avec spa privatif. Excellent choix ! Pour le reste, rien de particulier par apport aux 4 séjours précédents. Le personnel est toujours aussi sympa et disponible : on se comprend toujours ! La nourriture est conforme à ce type d'endroit (super petit-déjeuner avec jus d'orange pressé sur place) et est principalement originale le dîner. Le Bar de la Piscine propose des repas le midi et régulièrement un service BBQ, paella,... La petite nuance est quand même une (trop) grande majorité d'Allemands et moins d'anglophones et encore moins de francophones (le personnel semble s'être adapté à la langue germanique plus vite qu'à la française...). Bon, avec un petit pourboire et surtout un "gracia", vous serez chouchouté :o)

My third visit to this hotel, first time with my adult daughter and then twice solo. On arrival I was allocated a room at the bottom of the gardens right away from the main hotel in a dark corner. The bathroom was very outdated with a plastic shower curtain and no bidet. I went back to reception and said I wasn't happy and as I was on my own I wouldn't like to walk down there at night. They quickly found me a lovely room on the first floor in the hotel and okay it was at the side so I had no view apart from extractor fans and a big tank but it didn't matter as I never sat on my balcony. I love the fact I can sit outside for breakfast in the sunshine with my bucks fizz! The food at breakfast is great. The pool bar for lunch is fantastic the gambas are amazing and the steak on the hot stone is fab, I also had the chicken bites . I noticed this year the staff were very attentive at the pool bar as the English sometimes used to have to wait a while! The evening meals aren't great , I wonder if a little less choice better cooked would be better. The sea was very rough this year so I only got to paddle, Both pools are nice and I braved the cold one a couple of times. I did the aqua gym most days which was fun. Tennis with Bella (not sure if spelt right ) was great and she remembered me from last year. I also did the stretching and Tai Chi. The spa was lovely as always I love the dead sea pool its so chilled. I did think the pool in the spa was a bit colder this year. The jacuzzi on the roof top was definitely colder which was a shame as I loved going up there at the end of the day to catch the last bit of sun. I did mention it to reception but it didn't get any warmer. All the staff this year have been amazing, it can be a little daunting going on your own but they were all very kind. Thank you
