I was stayting there for only a night and I was checking in on 7 Oct 2024 (7:10pm). The parking outside the hotel does not have clear sign that which one was owned by the hotel and we found that there are more spare spaces just outside the hotel but with German signs written on the pillar. We didn't understant what it is saying and my husband just stop his car in one of those parking area and let me get to the check in counter first so that I can ask the concierge guy. However, the guy who is checking me in is having a long face that I thought I must have killed his father to make him being that rude to me. He mumbled to ask me where did I park with his poor English and I told him that I park just outside and he YELLS at me that NO! ONLY ON THE RIGHT SIDE. The spaces on the right side of the hotel is full at the moment and its dinner time. Also the hotel doesn't have its own parking area and the Asian restaurant next to it is sharing the parking slots with the hotel. I was really furious while for the first time in my life, I was having ****** issues with a hotel receptionist right at the front door of the hotel. I would rather hope that there is no one serving me than being insulted by a receptionist who needs to be well trained to every customer who come to his desk. If this page can let me score a ZERO mark to the reception, I would do it right here. After I leave the counter, I saw that there is other German guys coming to the reception and same receptionist who is working all alone at the desk is smiling and have jokes with them. All I can conclude is that the white receptionist is ****** on Asian customers and will not hope us Asians to come to their place anymore.
