當天是晚上入住，因此沒有用到行李寄放的服務。 入住時有加購一天早餐，價格跟網站價格有些許落差，但只差1歐因此還是有購買，早餐內容尚可，大概吃一次即可。 不過入住時有被收城市稅，後來發現其實訂房時已經收過，下樓確認時被告知系統沒有連動，因此需要等隔天才會協助確認，結果飯店也沒有主動回覆，是到要退房的時候自己再次去提出疑問，才有獲得解決，如果有類似問題，建議要準備好英文入住憑證，才會順利退款。另外，我訂的是雙床房，結果進房間發現是一張雙人床，造成我的困擾，還要在下樓跟櫃檯溝通，再加上先前說的城市稅的問題，我上上下下兩三次，且櫃檯人員臉色逐漸變差，讓我覺得委屈，問題不在我卻還要受到負面情緒。 其他飯店設施都不錯，位置也很好，上面說的可能是特例，提供給大家參考。

There seem to be inconsistency in the check-in process, we arrived about 30 mins before 3pm and my Asian family of 4 was advised our room is not ready. Another caucasian family of 4  arrived 5 minutes later and they were able to check-in immediately. When I asked the counter why we had to wait while the other family did not, the counter officer attitude was nonchalant and impatient. It's only after I insisted we be treated equally that the counter staff made a call to the room service team to expedite. And the room was ready after just 5 minutes. I would have expected a hotel of such good repute to have better trained and customer centric staff that treats all customers equally and not make them feel discriminated against. I was in Europe for 3 weeks and this is the only hotel that left such a bad impression. Only plus point from our stay is that the location is close to the main train station and general cleanliness. And strangely for a business centric hotel, the room have a lack of power sockets. 

Close to the train station. Quite accessible to get around Salzburg. Hotel is nice, rooms are huge. Though decor is dated but overall is good value.

24年12月21日晚上七時去check-in，前方是日本旅行團處理時間很長，隔離一位員工是空閒，也不主動處理check-in第一步已經看到這個酒店有多糟糕。我要主動走過去問他：可否check-in? 他本來就是不想工作的，但被我問迫於工作，佢就給我442這間房．大家記住如果派到442立即拒絕．我亦都想叫大家不要入住這間破酒店。他的服務讓薩爾斯堡蒙羞 糟糕的事情：30平方呎的房間本有四盞燈，只有兩盞能夠運作，都是光線微弱的床頭燈，跟漆黑一片沒分別。我在房間內竟然要拿着手機電筒來打開行李，你試過住進這樣的鬼酒店嗎？其餘兩盞主光大燈被人拿走電燈泡，我覺是容易料理的事情，沒有立即要求換房，親自跑到樓下再找那位check in男士，他竟然扮作聽不懂英語＇我指着上方的燈才開始扮明白，話會搵人上去。 我質問幾時？佢話今晚。於是我上房，把東西全都翻出來用，等到夜晚9時依然沒有人上來處理。再打電話到前堂，我認得是同一男士的聲音，他說會立即找人上來。結果一直沒有人施捨兩個電燈泡。想打開電視拿點光也不能。電視遙控也開不了。於是我手動在電視機身按把電視打開了，奇怪的來了，電視開到半夜近11:45自動關上了，感到很不歡迎一樣。我徹夜只能聯絡Trip.com的員工。他們安慰我並承諾幫我善後。很不容易過了一晚。早上打掃的人敲門，我直接亦引領他們去看這兩盞破的燈和打不開的電視，我就出外了。我沒想到晚上七點回去酒店情況依然一樣，只是電視機遙控終於有電池了。我想問這一間酒店是什麼爛服務？最後都是Trip.com的人幫我交涉才換房間，那天是另一位男性服務員，他很好給搬到隔離的房間，讓我不讓辛苦搬＇進去新的房間我就發現442這個房間應該是事故房間。裏面的東西全部拆掉，根本不打算出租的，亦暗示你不能住這個房間，連防盜鏈都給打掉，已經不能再重新安裝，好明顯是內裏發生事故，有人從外面進去救人打掉的。我想質問酒店這房間等怎能夠出租？我非常要求要退掉房間的$給我。這間酒店是我一生人住過最垃圾的酒店。我懇請大家要避開，已經不是衛生問題或者新舊問題。

Bed linen wasn’t clean. Water in the bathroom was brown and murky. 5min walk from Salzburg Hbf so not very near but not too far. There is complimentary water and coffee in the room.

とても快適なホテルでした。ヨーロッパでは珍しく湯船もありますし、プールやサウナもありました。お水も人数分提供されました。サウナではタオルや水も十分に設備が整っており、快適に使えました。ベット脇の電源も使いやすかったです。 中央駅へのアクセスも良かったです。観光地からは少し距離がありますが、観光地へ行くトラムの駅が近くにあります。

乾淨整潔，位置不錯

Very spacious, nice and clean. Just a short walk to the main station and groceries.

nice location, clean and big room, convenient checkout process. But the room heating is not available as of late September.

It is in an excellent location for bus and train transportation, as well as for grocery and dairy stores. Although the hotel facilities are pretty old, spending the night here and having breakfast in the morning is still lovely.
