Staff was extremely helpful, and pleasant. But bedsheets, blankets and pillows were extremely dirty.

Good to stay but need to change the blankets. And no room service available. If you want to stay salt lake area is the best one.

The location being in Salt Lake area, the surroundings were peaceful and well connected to all necessities. I really liked the food but they took a long time to prepare it. The rooms were clean and the staff was nice.

There are no trained staff
you have to call so many times for food if food is included in yr booking
terrible cleaning of room as well as bathroom
if you are check in mid night keep trying to call I got response after half an hour
receptionist was very rude on call
waste food like bones of chicken on the table in front of room

Room was dirty and noisy. Charged 500 rupee extra for little better quality room. Even though that was not also dirty and cockroaches roaming around.

Terrible place for stay room's blanket and badsheet was to dirty room condition was very bad lights and covered are broken we asking for changing the room are they shows different rooms but all room are bad and in hotel their was only guy who doing the all work alone overall bad experience and service

The room was dirty. There were cockroaches roaming all around. Bed sheets and blankets were not clean.
