On arrival €100 deposit for potential breakages, non removal of rubbish and no dirty dishes in the sink. Which was returned on departure, although the inspection was lengthy, resulting in us asking for quickness...taxi booked. Room clean and tidy, comfortable. No drawers, small cupboard space.. requested more hangers. Balcony was pretty grim... lots of dying plants, which the ants throughly enjoyed, resulting in us reporting the issue to the receptionist, who sent maintenance to hoover the corner full dead, disgarded plants. Re' Ants no resolution from maintenance. I brushed the dead leaves and sprayed the corner myself. Ants returned. The Balcony furniture was old and weather damaged. The wheel came off the sun bed and a chair was wobbly. Reported.. maintenance screwed the wheel on and added a screw to the broken chair! You pay for cleaning.. no maid service. Clean towels requested after 3days. If you don't ask you don't get them... informed that they replace them every 7days... we were there a week! We ran out of toilet roll... informed you must replace it. It was then that I got annoyed, stating what did we pay over €900 pay for? She give us 2 rolls. Overall we were very disappointed. Our impression was that every request was meet with a financial transaction... this felt very uncomfortable and unnecessary, given that we had upgraded on booking to the club terrace.! My advise is not to upgrade as you still pay all additional costs anyway.
