Las instalaciones bien, el servicio bien, lo unico que le falta es un parking es muy dificil de aparcar

As others have mentioned pool is looking really tired, zero soundproofing around hotel door and door to balcony, can hear everything

Buena estancia, habitación muy limpia, camas cómodas, muy buena animación, buffet muy variada, atención del personal muy cordial y amable

My husband and I have stayed at this hotel before about 6 years ago. This time the rooms have been renovated and are looking great. Room was lovely and liked it had a sofa to sit on. Nice big walk in shower and the water was always hot. The room was spotless. The food in the restaurant was good. I eat gluten free bread and cakes. These were supplied to me from the kitchen and in wrapping. The bread rolls were warm which is great. There was plenty of food and a great choice. The pool area was clean and tidy. I didn't use the pool as it's October. The staff were all nice and the restaurant staff were all very helpful and nice. I cannot fault the hotel and will return. I left my remote for my TV stick in the room so might collect it next visit 😂 Ps the duck is called quackers and has been travelling on holidays for 20 years.

Hemos estado una semana por el Imserso, y la verdad que es un hotel muy agradable en todos los aspectos, desde que llegas, la amabilidad de recepción, habitación, personal de limpieza, instalaciones, comedor, entretenimiento, todo en general muy bien, para volver sin dudas

The inside of the hotel is nice and very clean, plenty of options of where you would like to sit from the indoor bar, balcony bar, pool bar, apple bar. Rooms were clean and tidy and cleaned everyday with fresh bedding and towels. However the outdoor area and pools need major updating. New flags all around the pool areas and new upgraded pools. Very dates and worn down, the markings of the depth of water beside the pool are all scraped away, unsafe for kids. But lifeguard always on duty. They were nice but didn’t look like the most professional lifeguards. All the staff we came across were all friendly. We were all inclusive and I must say I would do it again. Plenty of food options, pastry’s were beautiful, food to cater to most people’s needs and plenty of options, not everything was great. But we always found something to eat. House alcahol was fine and can’t complain. Close by to local shops, bars, restaurants and the beach. Overall we had a great stay however the outside let it down. Pools were also freezing for our 3 month old baby who hated it, loved the beach water so think that’s shows how cold it was, maybe a heated pool for baby’s? Entertainment was good each night and kids seem to love it!! The more adult entertainment was hit or miss but mostly very good! Would only return if pools get updated!! Great games room for adults and kids too!! Sun loungers were very uncomfortable and new ones needed. They don’t sit up or down. No small tables around the pool either for drinks and snacks beside your sun lounger. Small touches that make an impact. But over all food, alcahol and room was fine and we enjoyed it.
