4R Salou Park Resort I arvostelua

Hola, hice una reserva para la noche del 11/09 al 11/10. Mi número de reserva *********** se refiere al aniversario de mi pareja y especifiqué que tenía un pequeño gesto que no fue tenido en cuenta. Esto no es tan serio. Por otro lado, al llegar la habitación tenía 3 camas individuales (de 1 plaza) mientras que yo pedí una cama de matrimonio. Una taza del inodoro se rompe o puedes lastimarte. La jabonera con suciedad. ¡UNA TOALLA CON UNA MANCHA DE SANGRE! Esto es inaceptable. Tomé las fotos para tener pruebas que puedo enviarte por correo electrónico. Me gustaría que me reembolsaras la noche que pasé. GRACIAS

The beds were very uncomfortable and the hotel in general quite old. The buffet for breakfast was really good though and not far from the center

I like the place and is very comfortable to stay. The service and the cleanliness in the room is very nice

Très mauvaise isolation dans les chambres, on entend tout ce qu’il se passe dans les chambres voisines et dans le couloir. Très bon emplacement avec vue mer, boutiques et restaurants à proximité.

THIS IS NOT OCEAN FRONT WHERE THE DROPPED PIN IS! Hotel dropped pin on map is completely inaccurate, it’s an 5 minute walk from that actual location, not ocean front as located!! Only gave an additional star because they were available for late checkin as we were arriving after midnight. We were in room 030, after a shower the room flooded, not because of a leak but the shower base is higher than the floor and water just kept pouring out. Breakfast was ok nothing too special but you’ll find something. Booked a double but ended up with two twins, didn’t change as it was 1am. Our room was noisy not due to the fact it was on the pool level but because the walls and hallways in this area of the hotel. Did the job we wanted but we were away by 9am so cannot comment on facilities. Hallways and restaurant are a bit run down

Hotel muy recomendable. Hotel cómodo. Bien situado Personal muy amable Una pega: Debería haber alguien encargado de que se cumplan las normas en la piscina. Tema hinchables molestan. No den permitir que la gente se tire desde la cascada.

Vacances Sejours tres décevant réveillé à 4h30 du matin des jeunes de l'hôtel qui hurlaient par les fenêtre qui couraient dans les escaliers, sans parler des repas a quelques chose prêt toujours pareille .jai contacter l'agence ou j'avais réservé ils ne mon jamais contacter ils mon dit qu'ils me contacterais dans les 72 h mais sans reponse tres décevant

Agradable La habitación está muy bien, para tres personas un poquito pequeña, para dos estupenda. Todas las habitaciones tienen balcón amplio. El buffet bastante bueno, había pescados, carnes, verduras, frutas, dulces, y menú de niños. El gazpacho, mejillones, y otras comidas y postres que probamos buenísimos. Vimos que hay variedad de bebidas vegetales y leche en el desayuno, se deduce que tienen variedad de opciones de desayunos para celíacos, veganos, etc... Fues estresante el hecho de que se nos juntaba la hora de hacer el checkout con la hora de cierre del comedor para desayunar, o madrugas, o corres.

Not a 4 ⭐️ hotel -in need of improvements Our stay-room with seaside view for 10 nights as a family with child, half board meals a. Check in was not at the best customer service as communication is not a skill the reception has- Wi-Fi codes were not provided, asked for booking email as they did not had it, parking not provided as it said was full at 10 am .After we had to go round the area and couldn’t find a parking spot a different receptionist said parking was available-an hour later and asked to pay €150 - €15 a night not €12 as website advised.We were told to go and eat somewhere else as we missed the dinner - until 9.30 pm. Our room was not what we were expecting, bathroom had a lot of issues- shower door not Closing, water not running down as full with dirt, toilet seat moving and dirty toilet. At the entry room door was a metal coming out - had reported it but even after 10 days nothing was done about it, we happed to hurt ourselves a few times as sharp.One of the bed was in no condition to sleep -hard and noisy with every movement.On a positive note we had the best seaside view - spectacular. Next day I had a chat with Louis the hotel manager about our 20 hours experience and he was very helpful and changed the bed and provided a receipt for the parking. The swimming pool is lovely but the sun-beds are not accessible - towels on. With the meals it’s at set times / buffet , repetitive menu, no drinks offered -extra charges. Cleaning is poor- no hovering but moping only floor. Will not return .

Très décevant Séjour convenable, j’avais réservé une chambre pour deux adultes et deux enfants et quand nous nous sommes arrivés j’ai eu la belle surprise comme annonce que mes enfants n’étaient pas des bébés de moins de un an, ce que je savais déjà et il a fallu que je paye 618 € de plus alors que j’avais réservé pour des enfants. On nous annonce que là-bas, ils parlent français, alors que je pense que moi qui connais rien en espagnol, parle mieux espagnol, que eux parle français, l’hôtel pour un quatre-étoiles est vachement décevant. La propreté est au revoir les ascenseurs marche une fois sur deux, le buffet n’est pas mal. En revanche je n’y retournerai pas.

Health and Safety Hazard Planned to stay two nights, ended up having to move hotels the day after because of mold in this hotel. Rooms smell like bleach as they are defiantly trying to hide what's in the rooms. I walked into the hotel healthy woke up sick and ended up at the hospital later that day and now 6 days later I'm still trying to get over the breathing problems I got after less then 24 hours at this hotel. Please stay away until they have fully refurbished the hotel and cleaned out all the mold. The owner has a copy of my doctors report and the hotel staff was not very helpful when I came to them with my problems.
