Great hotel, close to the sea, professional service-oriented friendly staff, huge gym. I enjoyed staying here

酒店是客户推薦的，幫忙出了簽證，酒店裝修考究有文化氣息，進口有安檢。到達當天不幸中暑晚飯吃不下想吃點水果，回酒店發現房間居然已經放了一盤水果，非常驚喜，酒店服務人員都非常熱情，賓至如歸，誠薦！

오래된 호텔이라 시설이 좀 낡긴 했어요 근데 직원분들 너무 친절하시고 공항가는 셔틀도 있어서 만족하며 지냈어요! 쿠웨이트 물가 비싼데 가성비 호텔로 좋은 것 같아요

In reality usually when I am visiting the holiday inn I am finding some thing new with great services and hospitality especially from Mr. Ramadan with his great testy Arabic coffee and usually I am advising my friends and relatives to visit holiday inn to choose every week one restaurant since they have five different restaurants with different tastes from each country you will find something different so I am very happy to write my suggestion and my advice to enjoy especially with tasty Arabic coffee. Too much nice place to stay and enjoying by staying weekend… Nicely people and staff there specially Mr. Samy &Barakak and Mr Ramadan who have a nice Arabic coffee … too much nice place to take your food and drink at Gardan .. too much thanks to all staff for services and kindness

It's an old hotel and the rooms show it. Outdated everything. Extremely poor lighting. Dirty carpets. Dark. However, the service is outstanding. Managers Simon and Haneef were quick to help with absolutely anything and everything I needed for my 12 day stay. That included helping me get an upgrade to a suite at a time when the hotel was almost completely booked. Ms. Noor at the front desk was gracious and professional. The porters, valets, and room service people were equally as professional and obviously well-trained. What I like about this property is that I use it for business every few years and even after TEN years, the staff welcome me by name. it feels like home. And the restaurants are all outstanding.

Everything is good and nice experience in the holidays inn hotel......room and food was very good. I will come back ans stay again.thank you cris......location and are are was good.....nice one and I will bring my family....... see you soon

I love the service. The room was clean and they gave us a room with nice view ( even without asking for it😉). All the staff were very accommodating,friendly, efficient and professional. I would like to commend Mr. Hiru, the staff from the breakfast buffet. He was super nice, specially to my kids. He was so attentive and kind. I also want to commend Ms Liza/Lissa from the reception (custome service?). It was my first time to book in Holiday Inn and she was very efficient and polite. I would definitely comeback here.I love the breakfast buffet, food and drinks were amazing! Thank you Holiday Inn and keep up the awesome job!

Always holiday inn salmiya meets my expectations with the nice meeting rooms and the assistant of Mehrez, especially when i have a VIP guests always same attitude same smile same warming greetings and great farewell with wishes of coming back soon. highly recommended hotel as always. Keep it up

The nice location at salmeya near by every where you need to go. Then it deserve what you pay in your accommodation because of cleanliness and very rapid response of the staff to your demands. Actually the core jewel of the hotel is the staff specially Mr. Simon Selim the guest relations manager thanks and l ‘ ll be back again and again
