My family and I recently visited The Postcard Hotel in Saligao, Goa. We initially debated between The Taj and The Postcard but chose The Postcard because of two unique features: - Anytime check-in and check-out - Breakfast available anytime you want It was our first stay here, and honestly, we were unsure if we made the right decision. But it turned out to be our best vacation yet. Here's why: - Outstanding Personalized Service: - On day one, I ordered poha with specific instructions. The next day, they prepared it exactly the same way without me repeating myself. - They noticed I prefer coffee without milk. When I ordered tea later, they proactively served it without milk, asking politely if I'd like milk on the side. - Thoughtful Surprises: - Before we headed to the beach on day two, the staff placed two towels and beach toys for my son in the car. - At departure, water bottles were already waiting for us in our vehicle. - Cozy & Clean Resort: - Small, comfortable, and exceptionally clean rooms. - They use sustainable products, which we appreciated. - Delicious, Fresh Food: - Meals are freshly prepared using local ingredients. No gravy stored overnight. - Expect about 20-30 minutes waiting time for orders, but it's completely worth it. - Warm and Welcoming Staff: - Every request was met with genuine smiles. - Throughout our three-day stay, we never heard a single "no." If you're wondering whether to book The Postcard, don't hesitate. It's like enjoying the warmth of a homestay combined with the luxury of a 5-star hotel. Special thanks to the amazing staff who made our stay unforgettable: - Shikha - Ankit - Mukul - Chandan (Laundry) - Santanu (Rooms) - Kishor (Night Shift) - Nixon - Bharti Didi - Chef Pranab, Chef Rahul, Chef Rohit I'm already planning my next stay with The Postcard Hotel. My husband and I spent 3 nights at this hotel after a trip of one month in Orissa and Karnataka and definitely it turned out to be the right choice . The hotel is a jewel: small , only few rooms in a quiet village far from the noise of the more central areas of Goa : here you hear only the birds singing . We were in Descanso room which was amazing and, as the name suggests , really allowed us a very good rest. What impressed us was the fact that it’s you that decide , in complete freedom ,when to have your meals which are a la carte. Food was excellent and the chef always satisfied our requirements , cooking dishes with no spices at all ( after one month in India we appreciated a lot food with no spices! ).There was also a good selection of drinks and we loved to have wine at dinner . The service was excellent and the staff discreet but always caring : Ankit was great ! Shikha , with her smile and and cheerfulness was so welcoming and very helpful giving us the information we needed . The small nice presents every evening made us felt pampered . In the room there was a high quality toiletries , bottles of filtered water , a nice amenity trolley with sweets and snacks , different every day , and a very good choice of coffees and teas . During the hottest time of the day the swimming pool offered us a cooling pause . For the last day we had booked a late check out and we appreciated very much their suggestion to extend it at a more convenient time . Thank you again for everything you did for us . We recently had the great pleasure of staying at this hotel for 3 nights... which was much too short a time! From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel very welcome in a personal manner unlike other hotels. Nothing was too much trouble! We loved the room and general grounds and appreciated being able to eat meals outside! Even breakfast at 6.30am on our own outdoor table wasn't too much trouble! Food was good and we were able to sample some Goan dishes! We loved the little notes and gifts left on the bed each day! A charming touch! The team were wonderful, attentive and efficient! A haven of peace and tranquillity after exploring the busy areas of Goa!

Wonderful, luxurious hideaway hotel close to Panjim and Old Goa. Everything at this hotel is top notch. The authentic Goan cuisine is delicious, and the staff take amazing care of you whether you are lounging by the pool or booking tours around Goa.

We stayed for five nights at this gorgeous hotel…wonderful staff - every one of them, polite, smiling happy team ….the hotel works so well because of this & with the delightful manager Shikha. We loved staying here, our room was stunning as were the surroundings, pool, outdoor seating, dining room & magnificent entrance. We had many long walks to see the surrounding villages, farms & loved every minute of our stay. Would definitely come back!

Our stay at Postcard Hotel, Saligao, was nothing short of extraordinary. The serene surroundings, tasteful decor, and personalized attention to detail made it a truly memorable experience. The staff deserves special mention. Ajay and Mukul were ever so accommodating, going out of their way to ensure everything was perfect. Manager Sikha’s warmth and efficiency added a touch of comfort that made us feel right at home. The food was simply divine! Chef Vaz is not only a culinary genius but also a true gentleman. Every dish was a masterpiece, bursting with flavor and prepared with love. If you’re looking for a place to unwind with impeccable service and delectable cuisine, Postcard Hotel Saligao is the place to be. Highly recommended!

From check in till check out we loved everything at Postcard Saligaon. It’s a ＞ 200 year old bungalow converted into a cozy hotel in a quaint village. Service, food all top notch. Loved the morning walks in the village. Location from (new) airport is also not too far. Perfect for a quite vacation in Goa.

Superb hospitality and an amazing curation of local food items by the chef rohit. Shikha and ankit made the stay memorable during the day time with their slurry of gifts and kishor was there to assist us at the wee hours should we need anything. The anytime breakfast feature was amazing as it helped us pursue some of our intermittent fasting goals as well. Great stay and would love to explore other postcard properties

Gorgeous and stunning property. It’s a 223 years old property which is retained so well. We were welcomed with so much of warmth by Shikha, the manager, her service is impeccable and the wntire staff makes you feel like home. The staff is there 24/7 and are very courteous. The food is excellent and the rooms are massive and spacious. Only one feedback i would like to give is to Keep full Zoom mirror in the bathrooms
