Awesome hospitality, well maintained rooms/flats. I really enjoyed my stay here at quay apartment. Thanks Ziad for all your support. Please keep up your good work. I will also recommend my friends and colleagues to contact you for stay at Salford.

Immaculately clean and modern. Lovely floor and great bathroom. Lovely view of the canal one side. Not so great on the other as still has building site equipment. We struggled with the double bed size as we are used to a super kingsize bed but the other couple found it fine. Improvements would be to have wine glasses and to have an armchair so that there are 4 comfy seats. Sainsbury’s next door and 5 mins to the Lowry so very convenient.

We stayed here overnight before an early morning flight from Manchester. We had a minor issue with the hot water boiler but the friendly staff were immediately on hand to resolve the issue. Great welcoming on arrival and we were shown to our room and very impressed with the overall service which was in no way intrusive but readily available when required.

Excellent customer service with detailed instructions and contact on the day to arrange meet and greet. Well equipped apartment for a short stay. My only minor issue was that my 2 bedrooms both had fairly small double beds. One double and twin beds would have been better, but my fault for not checking

- Very clean apartment in excellent condition - All facilities and appliances provided (including crockery, cutlery etc.) and in good working order - Partial view of canal - Good location close to frequent tram service, shopping mall, canal. Very pleasant area. - Other guests in the area appeared to be well behaved with no disturbances - An excellent choice for a short stay in Salford Negatives: - The pillows were a little lumpy and uncomfortable; a choice of pillows would be preferable - Would be ideal to have a sofa bed option in the lounge

Great spot right at the Tram Spot - loved being able to wash clothes- cook food & lounge on the sofa - very clean & lovely friendly staff

Had recent dealings with the manager here Amad.My daughter messed up her booking and i have to say the manager was very helpful and very understanding. He was under no obligation to help us with this situation but straight away he assisted us .We have not stayed here but if this is there customer service there is not doubt in the future we will stay here .

We stayed just the one night, but the apartment was perfect. Very clean and simple and a nice spot for the night. Tram stop right next door too. Very short walk to Media City with plenty of restaurants to choose from. We were met when we arrived who was super helpful. He guided us to our car parking spot and showed us the room. Many thanks.

Fantastic location. Apartment is pretty basic but does the job and is very clean. It is not quite like some of the photos. There are no balconies at this property and no on site parking - which was the main reason selected. Overall a good place to stay, with basic facilities.
