Capital Inn and Suites

My spidey senses went off as I had to sign my life away at the front desk. As they walked us to our room the stench and vibes triggered anxiety. Entering the room my body wanted to hurl, holes in the wall (called wear and tear by the front desk) stains, spills, and disgusting. My daughter and I returned our key immediately. Stayed the night at an amazing hotel for much less. There is no management to contact to request a refund but my bank assures me they will get my money back.

Avoid We booked after a failed booking an hour away... Everything was booked in our area. This seemed good and more than we wanted to pay but we assumed it will be a nicer place. We had terrible wifi at the time and we were desperate for a stay after driving all day. We were booked into an untouched or prepared room. We got another key for the wing size room and then finally got a room. Surfaces are not clean.. None of them This is a homeless voucher hotel It feels creepy cameras everywhere and warnings of no guests allowed. It took an hour to get into this run and we were exhausted it was almost 10pm when we finally were booked into a room They also charge$100 deposit. I feared they would blame me for the pie existing issues if rotted up baseboards, holes in walls and chipped paint. I argued to get it reviewed and refunded in checkout. Be very aware $70 at most seems fair if you don't care about cleanliness
