This hotel was outstanding from the minute we stepped into it! The staff go out of their way to make sure you are happy and looked after! It’s simply a stunning hotel inside. We had a Ocean View Suite and it was huge and oh so beautiful (look at my pictures) We had a guide set up by the hotel which was wonderful as well. Do not second guess..it’s the place to stay while visiting Rabat! Special mention to Mariyah, Amine and Jaffher for outstanding service.

Very disappointing experience in a supposed to be a reputable chain : diner Ordered at 10:28 PM, served at 11:50 PM. My pastilla was frozen inside, no apology, no replacement, no gesture. Poor service, no professionalism. I left frustrated

The hotel exudes luxury. Very new, modern, and clean. It has a beautiful marble tiled lobby. There is a rooftop restaurant and a bar with sweeping views of the city, good food, and even better drinks. There is also a lovely rooftop pool. There is nothing to complain about this hotel. It met all our expectations.

Wonderful hotel! Brandnew! Staff incredible they take care of us sin e we arrived until we left. Mehdi @ the concierge very Helpful. Great recommendation to eat. I suggest to eat at the Greek Restaurant (Rooftop) Spa, very vey good! Prices are good! This a luxury hotel as fairmont hotels are.

Exceptionnel Je tiens à remercier tout particulièrement Sarah pour son professionnalisme sa disponibilité semaine week-ends et en soirée , toujours prête à nous répondre . Toute l’équipe fut adorable tant par l’accueil leur sourire leur bienveillance Quelques noms en commençant par Mr Yassine pour les bagages ensuite Madame Meryem guest relation mr El Yousfi et Madame Hajar à l’accueil , l’équipe spa kaoutar , Bouchra et Ikram qui nous ont chouchouter . Ces personnes ont toutes contribuer à notre confort et bien être . Cependant quelques éléments à revoir notamment le ménage en chambre trop succinct et la qualité du petit déjeuner sur les légumes proposés .

The experience was amazing from the time we arrived. The staff welcomed and made us comfortable. The hotel is beautiful and our room was spacious and well appointed with a few amenities that I have never seen. The food was delicious. The Concierge Jaafar Kakhsassi took extra care to make our stay unforgettable

The only thing that taxi doesn’t go to Rabat but you can use Careem app easily to transfer
