"Great place with fantastic view. Very helpful with kitchen privileges along with driving us and picking us up, as we didn't have a car. The location is such that you really cannot walk to anything. Beach is 40minutes walk downhill but it is almost empty at all times with very clear water (the far left end is best). The town has very few ok restaurants along with two very good coffee shops that we found. There may be other good restaurants but you would have to ask a local."

"The room was very nicely designed. There was a hammock-style chair, and if you connected your account, you could watch YouTube and Netflix on the TV. The refrigerator kept drinks ice cold, which was great. It was located in the busiest area of Garapan, so it was easy to access. You can buy souvenirs at a local supermarket, and the beach is within walking distance. It said there was a shared kitchen and gym, but we couldn't use the kitchen and couldn't find the gym. The room looked to have a kitchen, but it just had a counter and no stove. They offered to lend us a microwave and knife, so we were able to buy frozen pizza from a nearby supermarket and eat it. The only amenities provided were toothbrushes, combs, and shampoo for each person. If you need conditioner or body soap, it's a good idea to bring your own. It felt more like a guesthouse than a hotel. There were no pajamas, so I recommend bringing your own. Japanese people should bring tissue boxes and wet wipes. The toilet was clogged and the shower drain was clogged, so the water flow was poor, which was inconvenient."

"Room: A set of rooms is rare in Saipan. The room has a projector. It is very comfortable to return to the hotel when you are tired~ Boss: The boss is a kind-hearted person. I went to Saipan from Thailand. It was the first time I met such a good landlord. I must give it a good review... Location: It's a ten-minute walk to DFS. This place is quiet and quiet. It's only an 8-minute walk to the beach. It's also very close to the cafes in the city center... The landlord's yard is super beautiful to sit in and watch the stars at night. I will definitely stay at this warm hotel when I visit Saipan again🏨 Hygiene: super clean"

"Good hotel, especially for the price. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel offers free pickup from airport if arranged in advance. Hotel is located very near to many restaurants and bars so no need to have a car unless you’re going to Grotto. Only negative was the bed was a bit too hard for my liking."

"Service is good. There were a lot of Korean staff, so it was comfortable, and everyone was friendly and helped with luggage storage and drop-off taxi reservations before and after check-in. However, it was strange that the drop-off taxi fare was about twice the difference between the amount informed by the hotel and the amount paid to the taxi driver, but I couldn't confirm it. Breakfast is delicious, but the menu changes every day, so it's a bit of a struggle. Due to the aging of the facilities, aspects such as room condition and bed sheets were disappointing. It’s a great place to go for various activities and water play."
