"I left a hat at the hotel and tried calling reception to have it checked in my room. The receptionist asked me to call back while they checked with the housekeeping staff. In the meantime, I couldn't reach them by phone. I went to the hotel at 4:00 PM, but the receptionist told me there was nothing in the room. Fifteen minutes later, I received a call saying they had found my hat in the kitchen. I didn't go to the kitchen or reception. I left the room before leaving because my husband had left the key."

The heating system is set on very warm, but you can easily turn it off and it becomes comfortable to sleep at night. Breakfast is western style and has many different yummy foods to choose from. I was impressed with the variety of teas Palais Des Thés that you can brew yourself. This tea is the best tea in France and world famous!"

Hotelli on yksi kolmesta parhaista tähden hotellista, johon olemme oleskeleneet. vastaanottohenkilöstö oli ystävällinen ja apukas, huone oli kaunis, tilava ja puhdas ja oli iso kylpyhuone kylpyhuoneen ja erillisen suihkun kanssa. Hotellilla oli kaunis uima-allas ja jacuzzi. Olimme vain huoneen perusteella, joten ensimmäiset 3 yöt oli syötävä ulos, mutta neljännellä iltana hotellin ravintola oli tekevät viini maku ilta, joten päätimme tehdä sen. Toivoimme, että olisimme kokeillut ravintolaa aikaisemmin, koska palvelu ja ruoka oli hämmästyttävää ja ajattelimme hyvin kohtuullisen hinnan, niin paljon menimme takaisin viimeiselle illalliselle ensi päivällä. Suosittelee varmasti sekä hotelli että ravintola ja toivottavasti palaa."

"I stayed here for 4 nights in September 2023. It was mostly a positive experience. I found the room cute and comfortable, and I liked that it was a small establishment. The outdoor seating areas were also good, and I thought the price was reasonable. I thought the location was just OK. If you don’t have a car, there isn’t a huge amount to do nearby. The train station is a short walk away but I found the trains to be quite infrequent. The less good bits were that I heard quite a lot of noise while in my room (plumbing sounds, doors opening and closing, etc.). The checkin procedure is a little strange, and I had trouble with the wifi - I could only get it to work when sitting on the terrace. Also, the shower and toilet offer limited privacy - I was staying on my own, but it could be awkward if sharing with someone else."
