service reception : bad. reception are not present at agreed times. information we got : bad. have to ask for codes for swimming pool / entrance, garbage disposal, etc.

Interior urgently needs a facelift. Sills outside are not cleaned. The roller shutter in the bedroom was dirty. Just open the window and you can clean it. If you have to pay for final cleaning you may expect that these things are also clean. Kind regards.

Accommodation was very good, but nowadays WiFi should be included in the price or at least offered cheaper.

Résidence très bien située. Accueil et disponibilité du personnel parfait. Seul petit bémol l'équipement du logement un peu juste et un peu vieillot.
