Daily kitchen accessories include a coffee maker and microwave. The bathroom is small and functional which includes the shower. Your comfort is our priority. Outside, relax under your private, covered patio. A golf putting green is available for your enjoyment. Lounge chairs allow for relaxation in our garden area. Shared with your unit is the driveway and large fenced backyard; separate patios, divided by a gate. Shared laundry is available upon request. One dog is welcome. The dog fee is 20.00 per night. If requested by the guest for an early/late occupancy, an additional 25.00 Property Fee (per reservation) is often granted.
