The Best Western Hotel de Havelet is the perfect place to stay in Guernsey, perched on a hill on the outskirts of the capital, St Peter Port. With an easy downhill walk into town, youll be close to the attractions, yet a world away from the hustle and bustle.

部屋は清潔だった。
Wi-Fiも基本繋がった。
シャンプーやコンディショナーはなかった。
街の中心やバス停からは7,8分歩く。
スタッフは親切。

This is an excellent hotel with excellent rooms, food and staff. They were very helpful in everything we asked for a couldn’t do more to help. The hotel was a little out of St Peter Port in a very nice area. The town was a short walk down hill, although it is advised to get the hotel shuttle or a taxi back.

My husband and I decided to do a staycation deal for our tenth anniversary. It was absolutely wonderful! The staff were all attentive, we had a lovely card and Prosecco to say congratulations, the food was beautiful and the health suite was just what I needed to relax and unwind. The room was perfect too. We will definitely be back!

I stayed here for 3 nights in April while on a trip to visit Jersey and Guernsey. All told this hotel was fantastic. I arrived quite late from Jersey on a delayed ferry (a vomit comet experience)... and the evening staff was very gracious about the late check-in, basically just letting me into the room and taking care of the rest in the morning (this was after 11PM). The room was clean/quiet/comfortable with a great bed and shower... the staff was outstanding/friendly (one lady working at the desk even loaned me her book on the island's hiking trails for my stay), and it's within relatively easy walking distance of everything you want to see in St. Peter Port (although definitely take a cab to get there when you arrive... it's at the top of a steep hill and I wouldn't want to drag luggage up). The attached restaurant is outstanding, the grounds are beautiful with outdoor seating, they let me do a delayed check-out before an afternoon flight, booked my cab, etc. I can't say enough nice things about my stay, and if I ever find myself back in Guernsey I will definitely try to stay here again.

The De Havelet team are so welcoming and genuinely want to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We have stayed at this small Best Western hotel on several previous occasions and our most recent stay has been no exception; it was excellent in all respects. Our room was clean and well equipped, the breakfasts and evening meals were delicious and the pool and spa facilities were delightful. The hotel also runs a courtesy coach into the centre of St Peter Port which is a life saver for weary legs! My husband and I feel very well looked after - it is a real treat to stay here.

This is my fifth stay at Hotel de Havelet, visiting annually. Let me start by saying that all of the staff are very welcoming, attentive and customer orientated, a pleasure to deal with, with most being the same people as when I started staying there, something that speaks for itself. The hotel is situated on the edge of the town, which makes for a peaceful and quiet setting, with distant views to the sea. It is about a 15 minute walk to the town centre, but with a steep hill walk on the way back. Having said that, the hotel does run a shuttle to drop off and pick up guests from the town centre and taxis are easy to come by. Rooms are tastefully furnished and spotlessly clean. I noticed that the sitting room, lounge area, had recently been refurbished. The hotel has an on-site restaurant, with a good menu, nice ambience and good quality food and service. I ate here every evening. I would highly recommend that you stay here.

Could not fault this hotel! Everything was exceptional. The service, the food and the facilities! This was our first time in Guernsey and we were unsure of what to expect. We thought the island might be too quiet for us, but we could have stayed longer, there is so much to see and do. We will definitely be back.

The hotel was in a beautiful setting with wonderful views of the coast. The buildings and bedroom were immaculate and the staff excellent. The food was also good. On our second day, my husband was taken to A & E and remained there until the night before we left for home. However, the staff went out of their way to look after me both materially and with sympathy and understanding. I could not have been in a better place to be stranded in!! I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone!!

A very clean and well equipped hotel. Good parking. The team let me use the hotel car parking when we were off the island for a couple of days, very helpful. Quiet surroundings. Great restaurants, on site, for breakfast & dinner. Friendly staff. A short distance for a wander into the town.
