The staff are quick to answer and questions that you may have and super friendly! Location, location, location! You are steps from the beach and Paradise Grille! The room was clean and had everything you could need in the kitchen area. Comfy bed. Soft bath and beach towels. The bathroom is tiny but clean. They have a variety of beach gear to borrow from chairs, umbrellas, coolers, beach toys to beach wagons to tote them there! All FREE to borrow! Baxter, the resident cat, is the cutest and loves any and all attention that you give him! We will definitely return!! We enjoyed our stay in Room #10! We didn't even rent a car. Everything is walkable and if you download the FREEBEE App, you have access to free transportation to St Pete Beach area too! Tip generously!

We needed a super low key, relaxing vacation and this fit the bill with a load of charm to boot!As per all the reviews and photos, it is truly neat, clean and charmingly decorated. It is small (especially the bathroom) but, my oh my, just what we needed. Quiet, intimate setting perfect for couples and families. Every possible thing you could need was provided free of charge. The atmosphere seemed as if like we were stepping in to a beach movie from the ‘60’s. Friendly conversations with the employees and all the guests that check in and out. Every person we met at the hotel and in town were super friendly and spoke well of each other. Good food steps away. Beach is full of shells which we saw many families enjoy, but bring your water shoes for walking. Don’t miss the sunset experience at Paradise Grill. Their weekend live music and ringing of the bell is not to be missed. If you need a rowdy party, Pass-a-Grille and the Coconut Inn might not be for you, but if you’re looking to unwind in an absolutely beautiful environment, memories await. Absolutely can’t wait to go back❤️

I have never found a vacation spot that I’ll go back to year after year, but the Coconut Inn in Passagrille has me hooked. It’s the perfect place to stay - clean, wonderful staff, perfect location - it has it all!

The Coconut Inn is the best beach resort of any in the entire Gulf of MEXICO. We know, because we’ve stayed at every major city along the GULF OF MEXICO. This place is so quaint and easy going. We loved it so much that we added several nights to our trip. It is located half a block from the beach. Where there are at least three restaurants a block away that have outdoor tables and balconies with views of the sunset over the gulf. Each room is like a little condo with all the amenities and necessities, and patio with two deck chairs and breakfast table and chairs. Most of the condos face the cutest little heated pool area. The property has a little park complete with gazebos, couples swings, and even a full grill gazebo that you can use. The management is always available via text or calls. Parking is free and close. We brought our two Pugs, and they absolutely loved walking around the block, down to the outdoor restaurants, to the paved park on the beach that has the excellent Paradise Grille for breakfast, brunch, lunch, tea, dinner, and drinks time. The Coconut Inn is Ten out of Five Stars!

Very comfortable, super clean, kitchenette was well appointed. They’ve thought of (almost) everything you may need and might not have with you. Staff are so kind and accommodating. The “fun cubby” had everything you could want for an ocean vacation. The pool is small, but perfect for hanging out and staying cool. Our bathroom was tiny, but served its purpose. Shower was big enough to take a comfortable shower. Outdoor spaces (behind the buildings) are also well designed and include an outdoor kitchen if you want to grill. Easy off street parking- which is a big plus. Baxter the cat is a friendly mascot.

If you're looking to get a small glimpse of living on the beach with a handful of perks, the Coconut Inn Pass-a-Grille is a great place to stay. Among the obvious wants for cleanliness and comfortability, the location is great. You're a few minutes leisure stroll to the beach, restaurants, and boutique shops. Coconut Inn provides a lot of beach and island accessories like chairs, umbrellas, carts, and even bikes that save on space when packing for your trip. The staff are great and truly concerned about providing an enjoyable stay. All this in a pet friendly environment makes for a memorable vacation that we look forward to booking in the future again and again.

Love the Coconut Inn! This was our 4th year in a row to stay there . Location is amazing! Beach is just steps away. Great restaurant right on the beach so you can just walk to get lunch. Peaceful neighborhood. The inn is super clean and has everything you need. Thanks Maggie !
