"I never expect the hotel is far away from the town of St. Moritz. But the hotel front desk are very friendly and helpful, offer me several service to solve my panic (I have many luggage) which I very difficult to carry the luggage to walk about 20+ mins from bus stop during snow time. Their service is seriously impress me. And their hotel, very good quality and nice view of St. Moritz! I will rebook again if I come back again!"

"Highly recommend this hotel! Came with family (they have 5 person spacious room) includes spa (jacuzzi, steamroom, sauna), clean and modern rooms, great dining options (we had cheese fondue and venison), and large breakfast included. We were able to do laundry here too. they have a shuttle to take you into town which we did not use because we had a car. We would stay again! Friendly staff, nice place. Can not get better views!!"

"The lake view from my room was fantastic. But the service experience in the breakfast is bad. We were singled out and asked/ordered “not to take anything away, ok!” I don’t know why she said that, may be we were eating too much as per her standard."

"Hotelli on kävelykelpoinen St Moritz-asemalla....Kaunis järven läpi noin 15 minuutin kävelymatkan hidas henkilö kuin minä ja siellä on myös bussilla juuri rautatieaseman ulkopuolella signaali St Moritz Youth Hostel. Näet enemmän, kun kävelee vain nauttia alppimaisemasta tuoretta ilmaa ei ole tylsä tämä on lähellä kaupungin keskustaa. Tämä hotelli on hyvin puhdas ja siellä on apua. Ruoka on OK, mutta pidän Müsli. Se on buffet En tiedä ruokan nimi vain ottaa lah se on herkullista."

"David was an amazing manager. Came personally to the bus stop and escorted us to the apartment, which was amazing, spotlessly clean with great views of the mountains. Lovely balcony. Very good sized apartment, which made it feel more like being at home rather than a hotel. Everything one would need was provided and it looked pretty new. Very easy access from the station, a 10 minute bus ride which stops very close to the apartment. Would have loved to stay longer. Short walk to the lake. Loads of hikes around the area. David was very kind and had upgraded us too. David's communication via email and WhatsApp was the best I had in Switzerland."
