"It's one of the best hotels in St. Moritz. The room is big enough for 2 people. The best thing about the hotel is the shower. It's automatic with multiple shower head systems. Breakfast is also not bad. But can have more choices. The view is supervise from the room."

"hotel was very close to the train station and overlooked a beautiful lake, the hotel is located up a very steep slope uphill so it was quite difficult for us to push our luggage up, only to realise the hotel actually offered free pickup services, so friendly reminder to call the hotel once you’re off the train! overall an amazing experience, definitely recommended!"

"Warning to others dealing with nut allergies - the kitchen uses peanut oil . This was a big stress for us when we learned that the first evening having dinner in the stubli. The restaurants assured they could prepare our food safely. We got through dinner and breakfast, however, the second evening the first plate of a 3 course meal had pine nuts. Even after having to leave the dinner and rush to the hospital the chef denied there was nuts . Very frustrated to be gas lighted like that. So 5 hours in the ER and not having dinner or breakfast the next day . They could have offer her something for their mistaje , like the massage she had the following morning - nope, nothing. Stay away if you have any kind of nut allergy ! "

"A truly amazing stay - Although I traveled alone, I was made to feel very welcome and comfortable. I would certainly come back here with friends and family. The hotel is clearly a labor of love, with serious investment and attention to detail being made over the years resulting in an incredibly clean, modern yet charming and traditional space. All of the staff a lovely and very accommodating, giving information on the local area and willing to make bookings and reservations for activities. If travelling for winter sports, it is very much ski-in, ski-out, with just a short run down to the main lift in the morning. Breakfast is continental with eggs cooked to order. Afternoon snacks are offered too which is brilliant and gives opportunity to chat with staff and other residents. St.Moritz is very expensive on the whole (but to be presumed) - Hotel Cervus offered incredible value for money when compared with others in the area. Their mid-week ski deal is not to be missed! Thank you. I will return again!"

Randolins Familienresort

"My friend and I stayed at Randolin's Oct 01-04 2024. My friend lis born and raised in Switzerland and booked the hotel for us. I was visiting from Toronto Canada. We stayed in the house that had the wellness spa. Our room was on the 2nd floor looking towards the Restaurant. We were welcomed with a friendly smile and when we went to our room it was spotless. Looks like it is either a new building or recently renovated. We used the spa each day after our travels. Everything was perfect. Very clean ( Switzerland is clean anyways). The breakfast buffet is fantastic! A wide variety of cold meats, cheese, wonderful fresh breads, a variety of home made jam's, eggs, bacon, fruits, yoghurt tea's and a variety of coffee's. You couldn't ask for more. The dinner menu also had a nice variety. There is really nothing to say other than our stay was fabulous. I recommend staying at the Randolins Resort. If there was anything negative to say it is that we found the shuttle bus hours were too short. They stop running at 10 a.m. It is only a short 15 minute walk down to the bus station however the shuttle would have been nice."
