位置相當的中心，出門就是超市，餐廳，上山纜車，很推薦入住！房間小而温馨，乾淨。唯一沒中不足的就是沒有燒水壺。

The receptionists were helpful and friendly, providing all the necessary information. Comfortable, clean and spacious room. Breakfast was ok, but we had a problem no communication from the staff. Breakfast was a buffet included. They offered us scrambled eggs, which we accepted, and then suddenly the bill came for 12 Swiss francs. The problem wasn't paying, but rather that we were never informed that something as simple as an omelet would be charged. 房間如介紹，基本沒差異，位置不錯，在小鎮中心，提前聯繫了可免費火車站接送，早餐還是蠻豐盛的。瑞士酒店價格確實小貴，但整體硬件和服務在歐洲諸國中算好的了。

The location is good and hotel is nice.

酒店有客車接送旅客往返火車站，十分貼心。酒店往登車站纜車站只需5分鐘步；酒店提供登車纜車和區內巴士通用證，十分貼心。房間夠大，美中不足的是沒有熱水煲和雪櫃等基本設施，只有兩個水杯；在天寒地凍的山區環境，未能煲熱水以沖熱飲（如熱咖啡或朱古力），十分不方便。建議酒店增加熱水煲。

The hotel is at the central location of the town, it offers free shuttle service from the train station. The room is big enough for a couple and the service at the breakfast is great.

Hotel room got no kettle but do not provide hot water. Breakfast buffet very limited. Ask for fried egg has to pay 5 francs.

I dont like the service staff in the breakfast dining area, we walked directly and the waitress rudely showed us the sign “please wait to be seated”. I understand some part of the dining area may be closed, but you can tell us nicely no free sitting. Probably because we are Asian. The counter staff also told us in an ironical way that breakfast start at 7, as if we are hungry ghost coming at 6:55 am. Service staffs have to be more empatic, not showing your attitune.

酒店地理位置非常優越，根本就在市中心，中央火車站前往酒店大概只需要4分鐘巴士路程，步行也不遠！酒店亦提供專車接送來往中央車站的服務

Comfortable, very clean and cozy hotel. Also gave off a very homely feel. Cheerful and happy staff.

Lucky we booked the Hauser. It is in the middle of town area with the best and most popular restaurant of its own in town. We got a balcony room with stunning view of town and mountain. Room is spacious and basic with every amenities you need. The efficient free shuttle back to train station was bonus. The staff helping the arrangement were all super friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed our breakfast. What's more you can expect from St Moritz?
