Notre chambre était très spacieuse, le petit déjeuner très bien pour le tarif, nous avons eu quelques soucis de chauffage, mais l’équipe du Kyriad a été très efficace et ils ont trouvé une solution très rapidement . Donc malgré ce petit soucis, je donne 5 étoiles grâce au service et à la gentillesse de l’équipe. Hôtel proche du métro ligne 8, très pratique .

El personal tiene un trato excelente. La ubicación normal.. a las afueras. La relación precio-calidad es correcta. El desayuno no lo usamos pero jubto al hotel, en un bar chino, dos cafes con leche sin nada más 10€. Creo que vale la pena el desayuno del hotel.

The male receptionist was very rude, he kept saying “I doesn’t understand you” when I was asking if I could borrow a fork. Unprofessional and quite disappointing.

Donc pour commencer le parking est un cagibi, si vous avez une voiture plus grande qu'une Clio vous n'y rentrez pas. Pas de places dans la rue . Même pas une bouteille d'eau dans la chambre. Et dans le descriptif il y a soit disant une salle de billard, je la cherche encore. Très très déçu et en prime voiture rayée en rentrant dans le parking.

Our first impressions weren't good. When we checked in the receptionist (vivienne) tried to charge us for the stay when we had already paid. When we told her this she insisted we had to pay as it was a "city tax" to which I told her I'm aware of a small tax fee but not paying for the stay again. She continued to insist we had to pay for the 3 night stay again. We then asked for a manager she seemed to panick, looked at her computer & miraculously realised we only had to pay the small city tax fee. When we got to our room it seemed okay. Room was clean & spacious. Carpet could do with a clean. Our only complaint would be the bathroom is really small & sitting on the toilet was a struggle due to lack of room. Toilet was also very unsteady asif it was not bolted down. Breakfast wasn't great. No hot food. Pastries were stale. And to top it off ants crawling all over the food.
