Cleanliness of the apartment and the entire building is substandard! Very noisy environment (night / morning + during the day), the apartment is located right next to the main elevator / first floor of the building. Bathroom + kitchen: very fine hot water

Lots of worries in the apartment. Duvets and pillows were not clean. The kitchen door was unlocked. The shower head was broken. The hotplates did not work. The bathroom radiator was crooked. When I told all of this to the agency, they took me seriously. L
