L'Isatis Chalet Hôtel arvostelua

Personnel très aimable qui nous a réservé un bel accueil et qui a su nous conseiller au mieux pour les activités à faire aux Ménuires. Chambre propre équipée d’une fausse cheminée chauffante très agréable. Jacuzzi sur le balcon avec vue magnifique sur les montagnes super reposant. Très bon petit déjeuner au restaurant cocon des neiges avec une très belle vue aussi. Hôtel parfaitement situé au quartier des Bruyères tout est accessible à pieds : les pistes débutants, les remontées mécaniques, les locations de skis, le guichet pour achat de forfaits, les restaurants…

Comme toujours, l'accueil est très chaleureux et la direction est toujours sympathique et toujours prête à aider. Les repas en demi-pension sont très bien et s'il y a quelque chose que vous n'aimez pas, vous pouvez toujours choisir autre chose. Emplacement idéal, directement sur les pistes et les remontes méchanique. Jacuzzi sur la terrasse !

The location of the hotel is superb, practically on the slope. Our suite was spacious with jacuzzi on the balcony. We enjoyed every day of our staying here. Only the breakfast had a poor selection of salami and cheese and no scrumbled eggs. The staff vas very kind and helpful.

Had a great week staying here - very friendly staff, great amenities and location and well equipped and clean rooms - hot tub was great at the end of the day also :) Thanks so much! Would highly recommend you to all friends and family.

Excellent location for skiers. Right by a well-connected lift station, easy to ski back to the hotel door, only metres from the lift pass kiosk and ski rental shop. Lovely staff, extensive buffet breakfast, cosy rooms serviced every day, and my room had a balcony and hot tub, which was a lovely bonus! I would return again and highly recommend.

Petit séjour (3 nuits) entre amis pour faire du ski... L'accueil était au top, la suite était très bien avec un jacuzzi privé pouvant accueillir 4 personnes sur le balcon. Très bon emplacement, au pied des pistes, remontée mécanique à 50m. Nous pouvons rejoindre la Pointe de la Masse en 1 remontée, idem pour Val Thorens. Le casier à skis est un peu juste.

Location of this hotel could not be any better. Access to the Bruyeres lift to take you to Meribel, Les Menuires or Val Thorens. Ski in/ski out was perfect. Staff made us feel welcome. Room was perfect for two, bed was comfy and the hot tub on our balcony was much needed at the end of the day. This ticked all our boxes and worth every penny. Onsite restaurant was nice and breakfast was good. We would stay here again and it was nice to treat ourselves to a truly wonderful stay.

If your interest is only ski, Isatis is a good choice. Away from the main district. 20 meters to the nearest ski lift, which is the latest lift in Les Menuires. Maude, the owner, is very courteous. The jacuzzi is a plus.

This hotel has terrible customer service Unfortunately, the hotel managed to mess up my booking and confirmed for the wrong number of people even though I have proof of the correct number on the request and offer. They originally accepted their mistake and agreed to update the confirmation (as expected). But then have subsequently demanded an extra 700 Euros for updating it with no explanation and only the option of paying or them unilaterally cancelling my booking. This is obviously unacceptable and I warn any other customers to be aware of these scam like practices This is a shame as the hotel appears to be well located and reviewed by others

Hôtel où nous séjournons depuis plusieurs années. L'accueil est excellent. Les suites sont spacieuses, propres et bien aménagées avec de nombreux rangements. La literie est confortable. Chaque suite bénéficie d'un jacussi avec vue sur les cimes enneigées, et dispose de peignoirs et chaussons. Il n'y a pas de vis à vis. Hôtel situé à quelques mètres des télécabines, et guichet forfait.

Een heerlijk hotel, direct aan de piste. Zeer grote kamers met woongedeelte. Zeer geschikt voor (grote) families. Het hotel heeft een goed restaurant met een prima halfpension menu. Een van de beste keuzes midden in de Trois Vallees.

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cet hôtel. Il a beaucoup de charme. Maud et le personnel sont adorables. Le petit déjeuner est un buffet de qualité(il en manque que les oeufs brouillés). Le restaurant est vraiment bien. Le repas du réveillon était excellent. Et les grands plus sont sa localisation au pied des pistes et....le jacuzzi sur le balcon !!! Bref, nous sommes sous le charme et nous reviendrons.

Prachtig gezellig hotel in het grootste skigebied v europa! Je skiet tot aan de deur en de lift vertrekt tegenover het skilokaal. Je bent onmiddellijk op de kruising tussen Val Thorens en meribel en les menuires. Zeer gezellige kamers in chaletvorm, nieuwe badkamers, prachtig terras met je eigen prive jacuzzi.

Definitely our fave place to stay in the Trois Vallees, just sitting in the jacuzzi each night with a bottle of fizz is heaven. And the food is really good. And the location being right next to Bruyeres 1 lift is perfect. And they are super friendly. And do I need to say more?
