Convenient to lakes, bike trails, parks. Dog-friendly. Fenced Yard.

Long weekend Property was near and tidy. Owner great with communication. Had everything we needed. There were only 3 adults so it was perfect and we were just there for a casual visit. The weather was cold so we weren’t able to sit outside but the backyard is fenced in and there is a deck with what appears to be nice patio furniture.

Nice But Be Aware This is a beautifully decorated house. It was spotlessly clean and well equipped. It is located in a quiet neighborhood. It is close to parks, trails, etc. But, be aware that you have to travel some busy streets to get to them. Also, be aware that the on-line pictures are misleading. The rooms are much smaller than they appear to be, especially the tiny bathroom (although the exterior view of the house hints at this), The deck does not have a table as shown on-line. It has a fire pit and sofas instead (nice but not what we expected and we were hoping to eat dinners on the deck table). There is now a very small table in the living room so you have a place to eat. Also be aware that the laundry room is in the basement. For our trip, the clothes washer wasn’t working. We informed the landlord when we left and he thanked us for making him aware.

Lovely home The space was a bit smaller than I anticipated based on the listing photos and was a bit cramped for 5 adults and as we were 5 ladies there for a wedding there was a lack of mirrors. Overall, though this was a great place to stay close to everything the Minneapolis area has to offer. The house was clean, well stocked and well maintained.
