CozySuites is a really bad host. Place was dirty and customer service was bad. I wouldn’t have booked with them knowing what I know now. Security lock was broken and they wouldn’t fix. Bathtub wouldn’t drain. Towels were stained and dirty. Bath mat was stained.

Great customer service comfortable suites snacks in the room my kids enjoyed their selves real good pricing on the rooms it smells very nice coffee in the room all in all my stay was great and comfortable from my experience I think they deserve 5 stars
