Le Jardin de Saint Jean arvostelua

Belle chambre pour personne à mobilité réduite, facile d'accès, grand lit king size avec literie de qualité, salle de bain bien agencée. Petit déjeuner dans la salle commune très agréable, plein de charme, maitresse de maison aux petits soins. Endroit valant le détour pour changer d'air , se ressourcer en pleine forêt de Compiègne et visiter les alentours .Les anglais et les Hollandais présents avaient déjà déniché cette perle avant moi.

Immersion nature Un week end de relaxe totale dans un cadre merveilleux. Niché dans la forêt, le Jardin St Jean est aussi une découverte d'un jardin en cours d'aménagement, avec des plantes venant de tous pays. Nos hôtes partagent leur passion de la nature avec nous. Un super accueil, un délicieux petit déjeuner, fait de produits maison et un service aux petits soins. Merci Eric et Juana

What a delight; a real jewel. Delightful, but a car needed to gat there. Madame Juana gave an excellent reception (French and Romantic languages only) with husband Eric (excellent English) as the overall experience outside; a deep natural knowledge. Recommend.

A comfortable property in a beautiful romantic garden with very gracious hosts. Many historic sites nearby in a historic region! Highly recommended.

Première étape de notre petit road-trip en amoureux cet été. Le cadre est idéal et l'accueil exceptionnellement chaleureux. Nous aurions pu rester des heures à échanger avec la maîtresse de maison tellement elle est passionnée! Le jardin rappelle les jardins à l'anglaise, romantiques et contient de nombreuses variétés florales. La literie était confortable, le petit déjeuner raffiné et goûteux. Nous espérons revenir rapidement nous ressourcer dans ce havre de paix. Merci encore pour tout.

Un grand merci à Juana, pour son accueil très chaleureux et convivial, nous avons grandement apprécié les conversations que nous avons eues. Quant à la maison et la chambre que nous occupions, que du bonheur, tout était parfait, très cosy, un vrai petit coin de paradis dans lequel on se sent bien, sans oublier un petit-déjeuner exquis. Si l'occasion se représente de revenir dans la région, nous y retournerons sans hésiter.

A real hidden gem; magical gardens, pond, pathways all around, dotted with grape arbors, berry bushes and fruit trees. Honey and several different preserves all made right out of the garden with care and love by the hands-on proprietor, and served at the breakfast table.

Vi hade några underbara dagar hos Joana på Le jardin de Saint Jean. I omgivningarna finns mycket att göra - vandra i skogen, se fantastiska slott och bara ta det lugnt i trädgården.

A lovely place to stay if you want to switch off and wind down. The location is fabulous as are the grounds. Lots of places to sit and take in the sounds of the forest. There is also plenty to see and do in the area. A visit to the armistice memorial was especially worthwhile. Our hosts Juana and Éric were fantastic. Our room was lovely and lived up to the beauty of the surroundings and stayed cool in the hot weather. Breakfast was very good and you even have a choice of home made jams and honey, all sourced from the surrounding forest. We will visit again no question.

Je suis arrivé, j’ai vu et je suis parti! Tant pis pour l’argent que j’ai perdu mais: comment est-ce possible de demander un tel prix pour ça? Pour le même tarif, j’ai trouvé un Best Western, avec la climatisation (il faisait plus de 30 degrés) dans un endroit aussi calme.

Depuis 4 ans nous y retournons avec le même plaisir. Calme et nature. Séjour et chambres bien décorés. A proximité de ce charmant petit village de St jean aux bois, en peine forêt.. Les hôtes sont très à l écoute.

Wat een prachtige locatie! Een idyllische plek waar de tijd heeft stilgestaan. Een prachtig landhuis gelegen in een bosrijke omgeving. Een prachtige natuurlijke bloemrijke tuin met mooie waterpartijen. Waar ook de eenden familie niet ontbreekt. s'Morgens wakker worden met het gezang van de vogels. . In de verte het gekakel van de kippen etc. etc. Dit geeft rust. Prachtige huiskamer!! De kamers zijn sfeervol ingericht met uitstekende bedden, zeer schoon! Het ontbijt was voortreffelijk met zelfgemaakte jammetjes en honing! Dit alles wordt mogelijk gemaakt door de zeer vriendelijke gastheer Eric en gastvrouw Juana. Bedankt voor de fantastische week en voor de gezellige gesprekken en de toeristische adviezen die we dankzij jullie hebben opgevolgd en daardoor de hele week veel gezien hebben. Op deze fantastische locatie viel voor ons niks tegen!! Perfecte WIFI!! Mooie omgeving!! Bosrijk maar ook veel water. Leuke dorpjes in de buurt. En vooral Compiègne een leuk klein stadje met leuke winkels en terrassen!! Mooie châteaux om te bezichtigen!! Wij komen zeker terug! Johan en Loes en Gijs (ons hondje) Barneveld (Holland)
