Private Dock with 7000 lb. boat lift. Direct access to Gulf of Mexico.
Large kitchen, Enclosed patio with dining , 3 bedrooms 3 1/2 baths. large driveway with plenty of parking for cars, trailers.
Other things to note
Beaches are about 20 minutes by boat or an hour via car from our home on the island.
