Premier Inn Jersey St Helier (Bath Street)

Breakfast was good but bacon had obviously been under the heating light too long. Plenty of choice. Short walk to town centre. Beds comfortable and rooms clean. A toilet brush would be helpful!

I can not Thank the staff enough nothing was to much trouble, the room was not suitable for my elderly Dad sorted straight away The food was delicious, service the cleanliness all outstanding Happy helpful staff Thankyou very much I will certainly be returning . The only niggle I had was the bedrooms were to hot at night but I do like a cool room

I've stayed in premier inns all over the country for business trips and I often find it's the staff that make a difference to your experience. The service is often good but expectations low. I stayed here mid Oct for 5 days and the staff were friendly, attentive and professional, Viella in particular was always a pleasure to be around, I was always welcomed with a warm smile, the service she provided was excellent. A big thanks to her and all the staff.

I regularly visit the premier inn at bath st in jersey and the staff are always helpful and would do anything to assist you especially Emily alway has a smile to greet you and asks how your day is going and always has the biggest smile to greet you it really brightens up your day when you can go somewhere your always welcome and friendly will be back more than regularly 😀

Stayed for 2 nights and couldn't fault it. Staff are friendly, room was warm and cosy and everything was clean and in order. Would definatly stay again. We had breakfast 1 morning and there is plenty to choose from. Food was fresh. No complaints.

Trying to visit Jersey for the first time on a budget isn't an easy mission! We were a little apprehensive about staying at this Premier Inn based on some reviews but it's fair to say it exceeded expectation. The location is tucked away in a quiet location but not far from the centre of St Helier. Lovely little Millennium Garden opposite. Really large room with everything we need. Availability of topping up our tea/coffee/milk when we needed to. Option of housekeeping or not which we preferred not for such a short stay. Incredibly friendly (and patient!) staff when I locked both key cards in my room. On the last night we couldn't find anywhere to eat at short notice on Saturday night so we dined here. Took advantage of the £26.99 offer where we had a starter and a main with a drink for dinner and then combination of cooked and continental breakfast with juices/hot drinks. The food was incredibly tasty! I particularly liked the Thai curry and they gave us a box to take the uneaten portion of large pizza away. I think the man who served us was called "Harley". He had flown in to cover, I think. He was so friendly and helpful. On checkout I didn't catch the lady's name but she was the same. We will DEFINITELY be back!

Visited Jersey for the first time for our wedding anniversary. The hotel was great, so modern and in a really good location. The team were helpful and breakfast was lovely. We didn’t eat in the restaurant, we did make the most of the bar though and the food coming out did look tasty. We will definitely be back for a visit. Thanks to the staff, see you again.

Perfect quiet location, a 10mins walk to the main shopping street. Good things: hot buffet breakfast, Attentive staff; Quick check-in (even though one self-check in machine was broken); Comfortable bed and pillows; Check-out time is 12PM - amazing, they will store your luggage for you if have a late flight. Cons: bad wi-fi signal on the third floor. When we checked in there was no internet available at all, staff was aware of the problem said they're working on it.

What a shambles. No WiFi, kitchen closed and very dirty. Lifts and public areas don't seem to have been cleaned for what looks like months. When we tried to check in, staff walked away and we had to wait until someone else eventually turned up. Management need to get a grip here.
