Premier Inn Jersey St Helier (Bath Street)

Not the best Guernsey was better - the manager there cared think his name was yan - could do better - not enough staff - people running around waiting in room for an iron - long wait - food not the best and a grumpy fatish blonde lady moaning think she said she was on a visit from UK head office or something

Lovely hotel with super friendly staff. Situated near the town of Saint Helier which as a bar and restaurant. Stayed for four nights and the breakfast and dinner food was delicious with great portions. The room was well equipped with kettle and tea/ coffee and milk. The bed really comfy with a clean spacious bathroom. Had a great, relaxing, enjoyable stay made more so by the staff and surroundings. Can’t wait to return.

Just stayed here for one night in January. It’s right at the start of the main shopping precinct and 5 minutes walk from the central bus station, buses serve the airport most evenings til about 8 or 9pm. Friendly non fussy staff at check in, and very courteous staff in the dining area. I use the Premier Inn app for booking and if you spend a Lut time you can get a standard room prepaid non refundable at a great price, plus even though it’s cheapest rate, you can change the date if necessary, just check the conditions. Very underrated hotel chain which has upped its game over last number of years. I’ve stayed in Belfast, Birmingham and now St Helier, Jersey Premier Inns, and the restaurant menu is the same, so I know where I can eat. At current prices you can get a meal deal for about £26.99. This includes a two course meal (supplement for some dishes) plus a drink (beer , wine, cider, soft drinks) AND breakfast, which is a self serve hot breakfast with all the usuals, and a good coffee machine , refill at will. Considering prices of everything in Jersey, this was a great value stay.

we were booked in here for 2 nights on 3rd jan 25, food and breakfast were lovely. our flight home was cancelled on 5th, and we couldnt get another flight home until 9th, the manager ALAN and his deputy EMILY were amazing, they sorted out our original room for the extra nights we needed, they made us feel welcome, and nothing was too much trouble for them, we cant thank them enough, and when we visit jersey again we will definately be going back there. huge thankyou again.

I had three nights in the Bath st Premier inn. Excellent service, staff all very friendly and nothing too much trouble. The food was excellent The hotel is spotless Will definitely return I stay all over the UK for business trips in Premier inn’s but this is the best by far. Thank you 😊 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

pillows uncomfortable and the bed was uncomfortable as well not enough toilet paper in the bathroom, overheard the chef one evening been rude to a staff member he was belittling him. the bar staff were great as well as the receptionist found the hotel could be better located to far out on the outskirts of st helier
