Hôtel Arbois Bettex

Nous avons passé 3 jours à l'Arbois Bettex Hotel avec notre fils de 3 ans. L'emplacement est idéal, le personnel très sympathique. La literie très confortable. La déco des chambres est un peu ancienne mais cela n'a aucunement géné notre séjour. Le Lounge ainsi que le restaurant et le bar avec sa terrasse sont très agréables. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute l'hivers prochain et pourquoi pas venir tester pour un séjour l'été !

This hotel has some of the best views of Mont Blanc you are likely to find anywhere and amazing ski-in-ski-out facilities. It could not be a more convenient and breathtaking location. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the breakfasts in the residents area were lovely. The rooms were a little 'tired' and could use a renovation. The windows were only single glazed, and there was so much condensation on the windows that the window sills were dripping at night. But there was more than sufficient heating in the room, and we were very fortunate to have a balcony and an incredible view. The restaurant was nice, but the menu was a bit limited and the food was adequate, but not amazing. This is one area where the establishment could improve. Overall, however, the value for money in relation to the location made this a good choice for our family holiday, and we would consider it again!

Great holiday! This is a very small hotel, about 30 rooms, right at the foot of the ski slopes, with stunning views all round. Stayed there for a weeks skiing with a friend (the skiing is great there). The staff were all lovely, really helpful, hotel spotless, beautiful lounge and terrace, comfy dining room with log burner, and bar on the end of the hotel. Rooms a bit shabby but I guess they are doing the place up gradually. Very clean and comfortable though, great bed, and plenty of hot water. I stayed in a Superior room which was very spacious and had a balcony to sit out on, overlooking the slopes. I very much enjoyed the food: good variety at breakfast. The evening menu is quite short but they change the fish and meat option every day so there is plenty of variety, and everything I had was delicious. Very good drinks menu, if I have one criticism I would have liked a cheaper local wine option. We were very happy overall with what the hotel offered but should say that Le Bettex is a tiny hamlet, and the shops and bars there are only open during the day / early evening. This means if you want to eat elsewhere you really need a car, as there is nowhere else within walking distance at night. Also, because of the hotel location, you need to walk quite a way from their car park to the hotel with your luggage. These are not criticisms, just what you get if you want a ski in/out hotel. I loved my stay there and will certainly return if I get the chance.

Allez au Bettex Hiver comme Ete Je suis venu pour la première fois au Bettex en 1963, la je cmapais dans un pré avec des copains. Ensuite j'ai utilisé le chalet du CAF du Mont d'Arbois et plus récemment l'Hotel Arbois Bettex. Dans toutes ces expériences j'ai été sensible à la magie du lieu. Et la nouvelle euqpe d el(Arbois Bettex a bien réussi a préserver cette magie.

Hôtel avec vue à couper le souffle ! Toute l’équipe est aux petits soins. On se sent bien accueilli ! Chambre avec balcon et vue sur le Mont-Blanc et la piscine. L’hôtel dispose même d’un sauna, parfait pour me relaxer après une journée à vélo. Certes l’hôtel n’est pas le plus design mais il est chaleureux et on s’y retrouve largement dans le rapport qualité prix ! J’ai déjeuné et dîné au restaurant de l’hôtel, les pizzas sont excellentes. Quelle surprise de déguster de vraies pizzas italiennes en altitude ! La pâte est incroyable, chaque ingrédient a été scrupuleusement sélectionné pour sa qualité 😍 Des Menus italiens sont désormais proposé à la carte, je me suis régalée au diner ! Je reviendrais pour déguster la Parmigiana ! Un grand merci à Gaëlle, Clem et toute l’équipe pour votre accueil

Belle surprise que de découvrir cet hôtel tout près des pistes et des télécabines. Vraiment pratique cette proximité aux pieds des magasins de locations, de l'école de ski et des pistes. Autre bon point, la vue ! Un régal pour les yeux. A noter aussi le sauna tout neuf pour se délasser après une journée sportive. Top ! Hélas cet hôtel mérite d'être dépoussiéré, lifté. Les détails sont négligés et c'est vraiment dommage. Un rafraîchissement de l'établissement est vivement recommandé comme un bon coup de peinture et un travail de rénovation en menuiserie qui apporterait un mieux. Niveau insonorisation aussi : on entend sans cesse les portes qui claquent, le simple vitrage des fenêtres vibre au son du DJ qui mixe près de la piscine.. Soigner les détails aussi en remplaçant les ampoules grillées dans la salle de bains déjà surannée et ajouter un gobelet sur le lavabo , etc .. Niveau propreté, les femmes de ménage font un travail admirable. Tout comme le personnel du restaurant qui ne ménage pas ses efforts en étant aux petit soins pour ses clients. C'est vraiment dommage de laisser cet hôtel en l'état car c'est un véritable joyaux qui ne demande qu'à briller.
