Situated in a very quiet area, you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the Normandy countryside and seaside. The 130m² house is ideally located near the magnificent harbour of Saint Germain sur Ay, halfway between Mont Saint Michel and the Pointe de la Hague. The D-Day landing beaches are not far away, and there are plenty of opportunities for day trips.The immense surrounding beaches are perfect for swimming and hiking in the dunes to discover this splendid coastline. Sports enthusiasts can also try their hand at sand yachting, for which the Bretteville club is just 4km away. The region is ideal for sailing, paddle and kite surfing.
