Nous avons passé 4 nuits à la résidence, l'appartement était très bien équipé, le linge fourni, le personnel très agréable.

Bien mais vieillot
Belle résidence à taille humaine, pas trop de monde à la très belle piscine, parking pratique, le logement est très vieux, mais en bonne état et propre....par contre attention pas de clim, j'ai vécu 2 nuits d'enfer.

My wife and I rented an apartment for a week. Received an upgrade for a larger room so am thankful for that and the great look out onto the golf course. Unfortunately that is where it stops. Our electrical sockets blew on Wednesday. The person on duty came and gave us keys to another nearby apartment to use the plugs and refrigerator. An electrician came around on Thursday and we had to wait around all morning while he fiddled to no avail and said another company would come on Friday to fix the problem. We were not happy and were told we could move to the other apartment. Again this was not satisfactory as the deposit is €300 and the reviews we read showed that they are extremely pedantic on checking after you move out. This would mean 2 apartments being checked and double the chance of not getting our deposit back! We decided to leave and were told that they had contacted "customer care". (Not true as when I later pressed for details I was given excuses like "I don't know the number" I don't have their email address," To date, 2 weeks later I have not been contacted by anyone from La Grange. Furthermore,the block is very poorly designed and if a safety check was carried out at night. It would be closed until the dangers are rectified. (Passage lights are not automatic and it is pitch black at night. I nearly fell into one of their sunken gardens whilst stumbling around looking for a light switch.

Even though the appartment - that I upgraded too cheaply was very basic (No 16) it actually had everything I more or less needed apart from a proper oven / small grill... plenty of space for 1 or 2 people. Location is not suitable if you have no transport ( like me - I got there on foot from the bus from Perpignan a LONG walk - no local buses in June as its out of season?????? glad I did my research but also got misslead )- I hired a bike which got me into the port and further + the coast, car is better to see more of the area. St Cyprien is a lovely resort I really liked it there, pretty laid back and plenty of choice of places to eat and chill. The beach is just perfect. The Golf course view was lovely but apartment walls paper thin and heard lots of clippety clopping of feet, chairs moving and other's TVs. Pool area nice. Not happy to find out no wifi and towels and sheets were extra AFTER I had booked - *********** actually say towels are in the deal and a screen captued it and sent it to the host but still had to pay and also its extra for cleaning €45 ! but you have the option to do it yourself ( also no aircon so you can hire fans also can hire many other basics like hairdryer, I didnt bother) Receptionist MarieAnne was not knowledgable about the area AT ALL - her usual reply to anything I asked was 'I dont know' terrible, her cleaning lady was better with info but didnt speak much English but we muddled through ...no info translated to English but I could read most to the French - notice boards need updating badly, there is wifi in the port and there are taxis which I was lead to beleive did not exist! - there is wifi over at the Reception of the Golf Course but they obviosly dont want you knowing about it. Pool its self has far too much chorine.

Établissement bien situé mais le logement est très ancien (année 80). Moquette datant de 20 ans, literie très médiocre. Uniquement des lits simples et nous avons été prévue que deux jours avant notre arrivée. . Pas de prise électrique dans la salle de bain (pratique pour se raser le matin et se sécher les cheveux :)). baie vitrée très compliquée à ouvrir ! Les extérieurs sont peu entretenus. Bref, malgré un bel emplacement (proche du golf) , le prix est très élevé pour un logement très vieux et peu confortable. Je ne recommande pas cette résidence. La taxe de séjour est très élevé pour peu de services rendus.

Client ancien, je ne sais pas si je reviendrai. Toujours une absence de wifi gratuit dans la résidence, alors que la 4 G passe mal. Tarif totalement prohibitif de la taxe de séjour, en raison d'une absence de classement de la résidence par LAGRANGE. Le coût de 2,53 € par jour et par personne correspond au tarif d'un palace ! Sans commentaire. LAGRANGE doit procéder au classement de sa résidence.
