Don't worry about the struggle of downtown parking, PARKING IS FREE on site. The unit is equipped with a full bath. The amenities don't stop there! We have a fully equipped kitchen complete with pots, pans, utensils and a drip coffee maker. We have coffee, decaf, creamers, and sugar. We also have a washer and dryer on site, and we provide the soap for your convenience. So many nearby attractions just steps (or a trolley ride) from the door including shopping on St. George St, restaurants and sandy beaches where you can rent paddle boards, kayaks, small sailboats and more. Great place, close to everything. Wonderful host and a perfect spot for 2 people. Very clean, and a comfortable bed. The parking and laundry were wonderful extra amenities to have. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again.

Very cute place with everything you need. Location is perfect for exploring the historic district. Very clean and check out list was incredibly easy. Also, AC works great, which was necessary for being there in the middle of August!

Super Responsive Host + Excellent Location Absolutely love the location of this Vrbo. So many restaurants within 10-15min walking distance and even 2 historic churches. It was a smooth check-in process with the instructions provided by the host. Internet was fast and I appreciate the private parking spot available on the premise. The home was clean and fully stocked with basic bath items, soap, shampoo, lotion. It was a nice small space, kitchen is a tight area so not ideal to be cooking meals there but if you're reheating something or baking something in the oven it will work out perfectly. The city is beautiful and much to explore here, this Vrbo is a convenient spot. Thank you!

Quick Weekend getaway Got to the location late but it was well lighted and the instructions were great! We were used to the walk to downtown and it was great it only was about 5-10 minutes depending on how fast you walk! It’s definitely on the list for us to stay at next time!

Wonderful Getaway Destination Great, clean, centrally located, roomy, fantastic deal for the money destination. Needed to defrag from the holidays with my fiancee and this was the perfect getaway. Always Love St. Augustine because there's just so much to do and see. Located blocks from Historic Old Town....park and walk the entire trip. Great property and management, very quick to respond and to work with. Thank you very much Kristen for a great trip.

Don’t think twice on this one! We had a perfect stay for our 4-day trip to St Augustine. The rental is in a quiet neighborhood within easy walking distance to historic St Augustine, Flagler College, and the Lightner Museum. Plenty of restaurants to check out (tapas and sangria at Columbia Restaurant was our fave), and a nice new coffeehouse a few blocks away (Southern Grounds). The space was clean with comfortable furnishings and modern decor, and was the perfect size for the two of us, no complaints! Off-street parking was a bonus as we rented a car to explore outside of the historic area. We would definitely book here in the future.

Perfect location!! Beautiful, quiet neighborhood! Allowed for a nice, leisurely walk home from a great array of unique shops and restaurants. Very cute apartment equipped with everything needed for a relaxing, long weekend! Thank you, Kirsten!
