Kings Avenue Motel

Neat, clean and comfortable bed. Small hotel with 5 rooms but well stocked with coffee/tea supplies and good toiletries. A small fridge and microwave, plus toaster. A complimentary coffee at bakery across the road. Very resonably priced and central location.

Could not fault the cleanliness & comfort of this small motel. The staff are amazingly friendly & helpful! Donna..I could chat to you for hours..you are lovely & a great asset to this place! William..it was lovely to meet you and I wish you every success with everything in the future. Thanx to both of you for a lovely but brief stay!

Great place to stay when doing the silo trail. Rang Will as advised when arrived and he was there in a few minutes. It appears Will owns the six2six bakery/General Store across the road and offers free coffee to all the people who stay at the motel in the morning.this was a great customer service gesture. We stayed in Room 4 Queen Bed,A/C microwave ,toaster,Tea/coffee , only long life milk(no fresh milk) ,Toaster ,table with 2 chairs and another small chair. We needed to use one for a bedside table as there was only 1 in the room,Cupboard and luggage rack, Bathroom had Body wash,Shampoo and conditioner Body lotion and a hairdryer. The Shower had a screen door which is always nicer than a curtain. Parking outside was opposite the Rooms (clearly marked numbers) against the wall so other people could drive in and out. It was on the main street but little or no road noise at night. I would certainly recommend this motel to others if staying in the area.

Plain frontage but extremely clean and comfortable with great little decorative touches inside. Small but well equipped with microwave, toaster, cutlery and glasses. Excellent shower. Good location with hearty meals at the pub across the road and coffee at the friendly bakery on the other corner. Handy for a walk to appreciate the street and silo art in town.
