Glendower Hotel, Signature Collection

房間雖小也挺舒服的，一個人住還是定了雙人間，面積能大一點，早餐就是傳統的英式早餐簡簡單單過得去吧！

Lovely hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Room was lovely and clean fully stocked tea making facilities. Would definitely recommend!

Great hotel, staff are very attentive. This is our 3rd stay in 3 months. Definitely worth staying here. If I had to find a negative it would be the compact double room has everything you need. But the bed is compact. Not really big enough for 2 people.

A lovely relaxing break before going back to work next week. Great seaview room, lovely food and excellent cocktails. We were lucky enough to be checked in, served our meals and our drinks by the exceptional Daniela - what a treasure she is - her work ethic is second to none and she really made our stay. Big thanks to her!

I had stayed here before and the experience was very good. Hence return visit. Reception and manager on arrival were friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Nothing is too much trouble and their professionalism really makes your stay great. The seafront location is perfect and the Seaview rooms are lovely. The sunsets are sublime. A well stocked bar with outside seating was very welcome during the evenings as the temperatures were in the high twenties . Breakfast is great. So much choice. Well cooked and lots of it. Dinner is the same. Well prepared, cooked and presented by friendly,warm staff who really make an effort to get to know the guests. There is nothing to complain about this hotel and if you did find something it would be sorted immediately. Lovely people. It is by far my most favourite place to stay in the UK. Thank you to all who made our stay wonderful.

We booked two rooms in this hotel in March, using BW central reservations, to take advantage of the complimentary breakfast this year. We are blue members of BW and stayed earlier this year at the Pinewood BW near Manchester airport on four occasions, and the hotel was excellent on each visit. At the Glendower, we arrived on 16 August and were allocated room 242. This is possibly the worst room in the hotel, looking out on a brick wall. It was supposed to be a 'comfort room'! The double bed was only 4'6" wide (I can't remember the last time we slept in such a small bed), but then the room was small. The bathroom smelt dreadfully of drains, which we could not clear by running the shower and washbasin. When we went down to breakfast, we were told that it was not complimentary after all. This was quite embarrassing as we had assured our friends when we booked that breakfast was included. We took this up with the lady on reception, and bizarrely, she said that there was nothing she could do as we had booked through BW central reservations, but that if we had booked directly with the hotel she would have honoured the complimentary breakfast.
