We hosted a function at Hotel Royal Residency, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The venue is visually stunning, The decor and ambiance are elegant with a beautiful setup. The management was extremely professional and ensured everything was well-organized. The service staff was prompt and courteous throughout the event. The food was delicious. We are highly satisfied with the arrangements. We would definitely recommend this place.

No one care. Morning breakfast is not enough and does not have variety, start at 8 am room attendant entered the room without knocking

The rooms are not worth compared to the rent charged. The staff was good and courteous. The breakfast that was included in the room rent was ok, not much options. The location of the hotel is good and not too far from market. The rooms needs renovations as they seem to be quite old and not cleaned properly for dusts that settle down at places that are not part of daily cleaning. The rooms have smell of cleaning liquids when you enter and stays the whole time. Linens should be changed ***** with the towels. Though they are washed, but they don't look clean because of spots all over. The renovation, replacing old linens, towels and some good house keeping can make this hotel much better for stays.

Location was ok but property is old and not very well maintained. Rooms intercom was not working so have shifted to another. Breakfast was below average with very selective menu. Not worth the amount charged.

Renovation work going on in restaurant, quite disturbance. Mm t should have informed in advance. Dinner & breakfast charged by hotel in advance but food supplied was not good. Moreover, no option was given for excluding dinner at the time of booking i. E. We have to pay for dinner also. Rates too high if booked through mm t but booking at reception is quite less for same room. Avoid booking through mmt.
