"Newly opened lodge. Away from the crowds with ample parking. We had a nightly bonfire which they prepared for us. Our room had a veranda with the view of the mountains. Our room was kept clean. We also had a hot and cold shower. Slight problem with the toilet flush but they were able to fix it right away. They provided us extra blankets and towels (towels with extra charge). If you want to enjoy Sagada by foot and avoid the crowded inns and lodges in town. This is the best place to be. They area out 2 miles from town - great opportunity to stay active while on vacation. Surrounded by nature and cool Sagada breeze. At night you can almost see all the stars with the clear skies!! Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Definitely the best place to stay in Sagada. "

Shamrock Tavern Inn ★

"The Shamrock is located a little out of the main part of town along the main road, but we had a driver so this was not an issue. We stopped only one night on a whirlwind visit and were pleased with the simple, clean and comfortable room on the first floor. There was a good substantial breakfast, although the coffee was not great. There was free Wi-Fi and computer access in the lobby. The staff were very friendly. The hi-light of our stay was perhaps the marriage proposal (not ours!) on the stairs of the hotel which entailed a series of messages on paper taped to the treads... touching! Curiously, it was the second public proposal of marriage we had witnessed while in Sagada. The other at the Echo Point. Both by Japanese couples, I think.... Consider it for yours!??"
