The Gregory House in Southern Maine close to many beaches & popular destinations

The Gregory House is a masterfully restored Victorian home in the downtown historic district of Saco Maine. Saco is conveniently located close to numerous local beaches: Old Orchard Beach (a seven mile stretch of sandy beach with a pier that extends 500 feet into the ocean and New England's only beachfront amusement park) is 11 mins/4 miles, Ferry Beach State Park 10 min/4.3 miles, Camp Ellis Beach 11 min/4.5 miles, Bay View Beach 6 mins/2.9 miles. South of Saco is Wells Beach 25 min/21 miles, Ogunquit Beach 37 min/26 miles. Kennebunkport 24 min/11.7 miles. North of Saco is Portland 18 mins/14.3 miles The Amtrak station is 0.4 miles from the house. I am all for celebrations and parties. I feel the house is perfect for this occasion. I want my guests to have fun. I am not interested in hosting drunken events with associated dangerous behaviors and large numbers of attendees not accounted for in the reservation and associated destruction of my vintage house and property.
