"Just fantastic in every way. The hotel is beautifully appointed, luxurious but not overdone, with a wonderful alpine feel. The rooms were very nice, quiet, and plenty of space. The standout feature though was the staff. Everyone from the restaurant, front desk, housekeeping, spa, driver, and many others could not be nicer, more helpful, called me by name, and made me feel completely welcome. The highest compliment I can pay is that I’d go out of my way to stay here again."

"Vaimoni ja minä jäimme pari yötä ja emme voineet olla onnellisempi. Jos matkustaa Saas-Fee, Älä ole mihinkään muuhun. Alkuperäisestä sisäänkäynnistä uloskäynnille, kaikki oli täydellistä. Hotelli on kolmannessa sukupolvessa. Maksoimme puoli lautanen, joka oli erinomainen. Restaurantin ruoka oli näyttävä illallinen, kun aamiainen oli tyypillinen Sveitsin messu leipää, lihaa, juustoa, jogurttia ja viljaa. Se oli herkullista. Kävelimme bussivasemalta, joka oli helppoa matkatavaroiden kanssa, mutta tarjotaan pickup-palvelu. Palautus-tilisipalvelu oli tervetullut. Huonemme oli puhdas ja oli kaikki mitä tarvitsimme. Näkymä oli hämmästyttävä. Australialainen, saksalainen ei ole hyvä, mutta kaikki henkilökunta puhui erinomaista englantia. Palaamme."
